Your New Role...
Admissions Team Leaderは、スタジオ来場時における最初の接点となるアドミッションエリアを統括し、運営品質とブランド体験を支える重要な役割を担います。
本ポジションは、People Management(人材育成・マネジメント)および時間帯責任者としての現場統括の両面から、安全・品質・サービス水準の維持・向上を通じて、WBSTTのブランド価値を体現することが求められます。
Your Role Accountability...
■ 時間帯責任者としての現場統括
- OP/MID/CL 各シフトにおける運営品質・安全・ビジター体験の最終責任
- 開場前〜運営中〜終業までの標準作業の統括(朝礼、オープニングチェック、人員配置、ブリーフィング、終礼 等)
- 現場判断のリードおよびクルーの模範となるビジターサービスの実践
- ADMエリアの設備確認、優先順位設定、トラブル初動対応
- デューティーマネージャーおよび関係部署(Security/Tech/Contact Center 等)との連携

■ オペレーション管理(SOP準拠)
- スタジオオープン・運営・クローズに関する標準作業の管理
- Galaxyチケッティングシステムの稼働管理、課題対応、レポート作成
- 売上金・金銭類・遺失物の適切な管理
- 待ち時間、動線、VOC等のパフォーマンスモニタリングと即時是正
■ ビジター対応・インシデント対応
- クレーム、傷病、迷子等の初動対応
- 事実把握・傾聴・是正案提示および適切なエスカレーション
- 悪天候・非常時(台風、地震、火災等)における安全確保と避難誘導
■ ピープルマネジメント(人員管理)
- 労務管理、勤怠・健康状態の確認
- 日々のパフォーマンスチェックと即時フィードバック
- 1on1、OJT、評価制度の運用およびエビデンス管理
- チーム目標の設定・進捗管理、役割設計と業務アサイン
- トレーナー育成、後継者育成、キャリア支援
- 心理的安全性を重視したチームづくり
- 接遇教育・サービス品質向上施策の企画・実行
■ 採用・計画・マネジメント業務
- 採用プロセス全般(要員計画〜選考〜Induction〜OJT)
- 入場者予測に基づく労働時間・人員配置管理
- 現場必需品・季節備品の在庫管理
- 経費・予算管理の策定と運用
Qualifications & Experiences...
- ホスピタリティ業界または小売環境でのチームリード経験
- 高いコミュニケーション力、判断力、問題解決力
- 基本的なPCスキル(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- 英語でのコミュニケーション力があれば尚可
Additional Information
On December 5, Netflix and Warner Bros. Discovery announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Netflix will acquire Warner Bros., including its film and television studios, HBO Max and HBO. The transaction is expected to close after the separation of Warner Bros. Discovery's Global Networks division, Discovery Global, into a new publicly-traded company, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2026. Although you will be hired by Warner Bros. Discovery, upon the planned spin-off of Discovery Global in 2026, your employment likely will transition to Warner Bros.
