Your New Role
Harry Potter Shop 原宿の店舗運営を統括し、ブランド価値を最大化する店舗運営 をリードいただくポジションです。
主なミッションは以下の4点です:
- 最高レベルの顧客体験の創出
- 強固な売上・商業基準の確立と改善
- 高いパフォーマンスを発揮するチームづくり
- 効率的で正確なストックマネジメント
Your Accountabilities
Sales(売上・商業戦略)
- 売上目標達成に向け、あらゆる販売機会を最大化
- データをもとに、日・週・月・年単位で売上を分析し、KPIに向けた改善施策の立案・実行
- ブランド体験に基づくサービス最適化により、購買率や客単価を向上
- マーケティング/PRと連携した集客施策の企画
People(チームマネジメント)
- アシスタントマネージャーの育成とモチベーション管理
- 効果的なシフト作成により、サービス・VMDレベルを安定的に維持
- 接客・商品知識・ブランド理解を深める研修設計および運用
- 採用、評価、育成など店舗チーム全体の人事マネジメント
- 毎日の朝礼・共有を通じた情報発信とチームコミュニケーションの促進
Product(商品・在庫管理)
- 売場・倉庫の在庫量と動きを常に把握し、欠品リスクを早期発見
- ウェアハウス(倉庫)チームと協力し、効率的でミスのない在庫運用オペレーションを構築
- VMDチームと連携した高いビジュアル基準の維持
- ストック密度、補充オペレーションの最適化による販売機会の最大化
- セキュリティ・棚卸・ロス対策のリード
Administration(事務・社内調整)
- 売上・人事・商品などのレポート作成(正確性重視)
- 近隣店舗、施設管理会社、行政などとの良好な関係構築
- 会社方針に沿った発注管理
- 各種書類・事務管理の徹底
Duty Management(店舗運営)
- 原宿店の営業管理(シフト制、週末や早朝・夜勤務を含む)
- 店舗設備に関わる外部業者の管理
- 安全衛生の遵守と、来店者・従業員にとって安全な環境づくり
Qualifications & Experiences
- サービス品質・VMDのスタンダードが高い小売・レジャー・エンタメ業界での実務経験
- 店舗全体を任される立場(店長・ストアマネージャーなど)としての運営責任経験
- 大規模店舗、または多人数チームを率いたマネジメント経験
