チーム紹介
ウェアハウス（倉庫）チームは、東京都練馬区に位置する スタジオツアー東京 内の自社倉庫を拠点とし、日々のオペレーションを行っています。
スタジオツアーで販売される商品に加え、ハリー・ポッター ショップ 原宿／赤坂 および公式オンラインショップの在庫管理・入出庫・発送業務も一括して担当し、複数拠点の物流を支える重要な役割を担っています。

Your New Role...
本ポジションは、上長の指揮のもとワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京内の倉庫業務全般を担当し、在庫精度の維持や業務改善、進捗管理を主体的に推進します。
また、店舗および e コマースへの最適なサービス提供を実現するため、現場での課題を自ら発見し、改善提案へつなげていく役割を担います。

Your Role Accountabilities...

• 入庫商品の荷受け・検品・仕分け・棚入れ作業
• 出庫商品の携帯端末を用いたピッキング・梱包・出荷準備
• 在庫管理（棚卸、数量確認、欠陥品/破損品発見時の報告など含む）
• フォークリフトを使用した荷役作業（資格保持者のみ）
• 商品のラベル貼付・バーコード管理
• 作業エリアの安全管理・整理整頓
• チーム内での作業進捗報告・協力対応
• 倉庫運営の効率化に向けた自主的な改善提案

Qualifications & Experiences...

必須：

• 機器（パソコン、携帯/スマホ端末）の操作スキル

歓迎：

• 倉庫管理経験
• 小売業における倉庫管理、在庫管理経験
• フォークリフト資格保持および操縦経験（入社後の資格取得が可能）

• ビジター（お客様）のニーズを満たす為の最適なレベルのサービスを提供できるようにする
• 部門内及びビジネスの状況に常に関心を持ち、変化に柔軟に対応できるようにする
• マニュアルを遵守した作業、またその応用
• 探求心を持って、幅広い知識と技能を身に付け、ほかのメンバーにも共有する

勤務形態

• 1 か月単位の変形労働時間制
• 8:00-22:00 の間でシフト調整（週 37.5 時間が目安）
• 土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆など）勤務あり
• 年に 1-2 回夜勤あり（棚卸）
