原宿および赤坂にあるハリー・ポッターショップのオンラインプレゼンスを強化する役割を担います。具体的には、Instagram、X、TikTok、LINE、YouTubeなどの自社ソーシャルメディアプラットフォームでコンテンツを作成します。
この役割は、強固なコミュニティの構築、実店舗への認知度向上と集客、そしてハリー・ポッターショップ（原宿・赤坂）およびオンラインでの商品売上の拡大を目的とし、有機的施策と有料メディア施策を統合した取り組みを行います。

Your Role Accountability...

Social Marketing

• ソーシャルメディア戦略と年間活動カレンダーの策定をサポート
• ブランド理解を深め、チームや代理店と連携して魅力的なコンテンツを制作
• ソーシャルメディアの日常運営管理
• キャンペーンの企画・実施・管理、終了後の分析
• 国内外のインフルエンサー施策のリード（イベントや訪問対応含む）
• ソーシャルメディアのパフォーマンスをモニタリング・分析・報告
• 最新のソーシャルトレンドの調査・評価・報告
• ソーシャルリスニング業務とレポート作成
• 関連する事務業務の管理
• リテールチームやスタジオツアーの他チームと連携し、ビジネス目標達成に貢献

Paid Digital Marketing

• Meta、X、LINE、YouTubeなどのプラットフォームでの有料広告の企画・運用
• 広告予算、パフォーマンス、ROIのモニタリング
• データ分析と広告最適化（広告代理店との連携）

Website Management

• 年間活動カレンダーに基づくウェブサイトの維持管理
• リテールチームや関連チームと連携し、必要なコンテンツを更新

Qualifications & Experiences...

Work Experience

• 確立されたブランドでソーシャルメディア施策をリードした経験（3年以上）
• メールやチャットを利用して海外とコミュニケーションをとれる英語力
• ハリー・ポッターに対する興味

Skills Required

• ソーシャルメディア戦略に関する高度な理解
• 主要ソーシャルメディアプラットフォームに関する豊富な知識
• クリエイティブな発想力とコンテンツ制作スキル
• チームやクライアントに対してアイデアを明確に伝えるコミュニケーション能力
• プロジェクト管理力と問題解決能力
• データ分析・解釈スキル（Social Sproutや主要プラットフォームの分析ツール使用経験）
• ブランド理解と高い創造性
• 高いモチベーションとコミットメント
• 効率的なタイムマネジメント能力
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力

Preferred Skills

• リテール、Eコマース、マーケティング、またはソーシャルメディア代理店での経験があれば尚可

Additional Information

On December 5, Netflix and Warner Bros. Discovery announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Netflix will acquire Warner Bros., including its film and television studios, HBO Max and HBO. The transaction is expected to close after the separation of Warner Bros. Discovery's Global Networks division, Discovery Global, into a new publicly-traded company, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2026.
