本ポジションは 来店促進およびコンバージョンを目的とした統合的なデジタルマーケティング戦略の立案・実行を主導し、特に Paid Digital(デジタル広告)およびデータドリブンなデジタル施策を中心に Harry Potter Shop(原宿・赤坂)の集客と売上向上を担います。

Your Role Accountability...

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • 年間・四半期のデジタルプランをビジネス目標・リテールイニシアチブに基づき策定。
  • デジタルタッチポイントや消費者行動データを分析し、戦略に反映。
  • 新規顧客獲得、リターゲティング、ロイヤルティ向上のためのデジタル施策機会を特定。
  • 市場・競合分析を行い、戦略的提案を実施。
  • リテールチームおよび他部署と連携し、デジタル施策と店舗施策を統合。


Paid Digital Marketing

  • Meta、X、LINE、YouTube、Google などのプラットフォームを活用した デジタル広告キャンペーンの企画・運用管理。
  • オーディエンス設計、予算配分、ファネルベースの施策設計を主導。
  • キャンペーンパフォーマンスの監視、ROI 分析、KPI 進捗管理。
  • 分析データに基づく最適化提案および施策改善を、外部代理店と協働しながら推進。
  • ダッシュボード、アトリビューションデータ、各種指標を用いたインサイトの提供。
  • デジタル代理店との関係管理および KPI 達成の指揮。


Social Marketing

  • ソーシャルメディア戦略および年間コンテンツカレンダー策定のサポート。
  • ブランドガイドラインに沿ったコンテンツ制作をチーム・代理店と協働して実施。
  • 日々のソーシャル運用対応(必要に応じて)。
  • ソーシャルキャンペーンの実行サポートおよび結果分析。
  • インフルエンサー施策(イベント・店舗訪問等)のサポート。
  • ソーシャルパフォーマンスおよびトレンドのモニタリング・レポート作成。
  • 基本的なソーシャルリスニングとインサイト提供。


Website Management

  • デジタルアクティビティカレンダーに基づく Web サイト運用・更新。
  • リテールチームおよび関連部署と協働したコンテンツ更新対応。


Qualifications & Experiences...

Work Experience

  • 大手ブランドにおける デジタルマーケティング(特にPaid Digitalおよび戦略立案)の実務経験 3年以上
  • Harry Potter への興味

Skills Required
  • 来店促進を目的とした デジタルマーケティング戦略の構築・実行経験
  • デジタル広告プラットフォームに関する深い知識と運用経験

Additional Information

On December 5, Netflix and Warner Bros. Discovery announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Netflix will acquire Warner Bros., including its film and television studios, HBO Max and HBO. The transaction is expected to close after the separation of Warner Bros. Discovery's Global Networks division, Discovery Global, into a new publicly-traded company, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2026.
