Your New Role...

ビジネスデベロップメントエグゼクティブは国内外のパートナーとの関係構築やマーケティング活動を通じて、スタジオツアーのブランド価値と売上を最大化する重要な役割です。旅行・観光業界での経験を活かし、グローバルな環境でキャリアを築きたい方に最適です。

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • スタジオツアーのトレードビジネスにおける収益最大化を目的としたパートナー対応
  • 新規アカウント獲得および既存パートナーのアカウント管理
  • パートナーからの問い合わせ対応、マーケティング・販売計画の調整
  • トレードパートナーとの関係構築、ネットワーク活用による売上拡大
  • 市場動向・競合情報の収集とチームへの共有
  • チケット配分・在庫管理の最適化
  • パートナーと連携した販売促進キャンペーンの企画・実施
  • 海外市場向けSNS運用(パートナーや他チームと協力)
  • スタジオツアーでのパートナーやインフルエンサーの接遇
  • FAMトリップやイベントの企画・運営、国内外の展示会・ネットワーキングイベントへの参加(出張あり)
  • 日本国内および海外のレジャー・教育団体向け営業リードの獲得
  • 社内のIT、財務、運営、イベント、商業チームとの連携
  • トレードセールス資料やマーケティング素材の更新
  • その他、マーケティングチームの業務サポート


Qualifications & Experiences...

必須経験
  • 社会人経験5年以上
  • 旅行・ホスピタリティ・ホテル・旅行代理店・OTA・DMC・アトラクション業界での営業またはビジネスディベロップメント経験3年以上

歓迎経験
  • レジャー・観光・アトラクション業界での経験
  • マーケティング経験

語学
  • 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル(会話・読み書き)

  • 高いコミュニケーション力、交渉力、プレゼンテーション力
  • 優れた計画力、優先順位付け、タイムマネジメント能力
  • 不確定要素に対応し、自発的に業務を進める力
