Your New Role...
スタジオツアーのビジネスデベロップメントチームの一員として、トレードパートナーにおける新規開拓および既存パートナー管理を担当するポジションです。
パートナーからの問い合わせ対応、マーケティングや将来の販売計画に関する調整を行い、トレードパートナーの主要窓口として営業・ネットワーキング活動においてスタジオツアーを代表して活動します。
勤務地はワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京（豊島園）です。
Your Role Accountabilities
- スタジオツアーのトレードビジネスにおける収益最大化を目的とし、旅行会社などトレードパートナーとの日常的な取引・関係管理を担当
- 予算および目標に沿ったビジネスデベロップメント戦略・販売計画の策定および実行をサポート
- 市場動向や需要トレンドを把握し、マーケットおよび競合に関する最新情報をチームへ共有
- トレードパートナーとの関係構築を通じ、そのネットワークやリソースを最大限に活用し、売上成長を推進
- トレードパートナー別の販売実績を分析・モニタリングし、課題抽出および改善施策を実施
- チケット割当および在庫コントロールを行い、販売機会の最適化を図る
- トレードパートナーと連携し、チケット販売最大化に向けたキャンペーンや施策の企画・実行
- 国内外の認知向上を目的としたマーケティング施策を、パートナーおよび社内関係チームと協力して推進
- 特定の海外市場におけるSNSアカウント運営を、パートナーや関連チームと連携して担当
- トレードパートナーやインフルエンサーをスタジオツアーへ招待し、アテンドおよび関係強化を実施
- スタジオツアーを中心としたFAMトリップの企画・運営、国内外のトレードショーやネットワーキングイベントへの参加およびスタジオツアー代表としての対応（出張あり）
- 国内外のレジャーおよび教育団体向け営業リードの創出
- IT、Finance、Operations、Events、Commercialなど社内各チームと連携し、団体・教育客の受け入れ体制およびオペレーションの最適化を推進
- ビジネスニーズに応じた各種アドホックプロジェクトへの対応
- トレードセールス向け営業資料およびマーケティング資料の更新・管理
Qualifications & Experiences...
- 観光・ホスピタリティ業界において、営業またはビジネスデベロップメントの実務経験を有し、主体的に業務を推進できる方
- アトラクション施設、旅行会社、OTA（Online Travel Agency）での業務経験があれば尚可
- 修学旅行・教育旅行に関する営業や企画の経験があれば尚可
- マーケティング施策の企画・実行に携わった経験があれば尚可
- 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルでのコミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話）
- 中国語および／または韓国語ができれば尚可
Skills Required
- 社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できる、高いコミュニケーション力・交渉力・プレゼンテーション能力
- 複数の業務を同時に管理しながら、優先順位をつけて進められる優れた業務整理力・タイムマネジメント力
- 不確実な状況や前例のない課題に対しても、最小限の指示のもと自ら考え、主体的にプロジェクトを推進できる力
- 変化を楽しみ、事業を成長させていくスタートアップ的・起業家的なマインドセット
- 指示待ちではなく、自ら課題を見つけて行動できるプロアクティブで自律的な姿勢
業務上の必要に応じて、平日夜間、週末、ならびに学校休暇期間（繁忙期）に勤務いただく場合があります。
