「ワーナーブラザーススタジオツアー東京　-メイキング・オブ・ハリー・ポッター」（WBSTT）
スタジオツアー東京では、「ハリー・ポッター」や「ファンタスティック・ビースト」がどのように作られたのか、理解を深めることができる特別な経験を提供します。
映画の象徴的なセット、衣装や小道具をはじめ、映画のシーンを直接楽しみながら、世界中で愛されている本シリーズがどのようにしてスクリーンに命を吹き込まれたかを知ることができる施設です。
テーマパークとは異なり、ライドアトラクションはありません。スタジオツアー東京では、映画のセットに入り込み、エキサイティングなエンターテインメントを楽しむことができます。
【職務概要】
スタジオツアー東京において、上長の指示のもと、ショー運営およびショーセットの解説を担当し、ビジター（お客様）の期待を超える体験を創出していただきます。
【主な業務内容】
• ショークオリティの維持
定められた基準以上のクオリティが常に保たれるよう、自身のパフォーマンスを適切に発揮し、ビジターの期待に応え、さらにそれを上回る体験を提供する。
• 運営業務
ショーの運営、およびショーセットの解説を実施する。
• 安全管理
ビジターおよび館内の安全を常に意識し、有事の際には迅速かつ適切な避難誘導を行う。
• 自身の成長に向けた継続的な学習
【必須スキル・経験】
• 接客業の経験（小売り、飲食、ホスピタリティ等）
• チームワークを重視した協働力とコミュニケーション能力
• 同僚・上司と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れること
• 日本語でのトレーニングにより、必要な知識や手順を習得できること

【歓迎スキル】
• エンターテインメント業界での経験
• トレーナーや教育に関する業務経験
• 外国語でのコミュニケーション能力

• ビジターの体験を最優先に考えられる方
• チームと協力しながら成果を出せる方
• ハリー・ポッターの世界観を楽しみ、ビジターにその魅力を伝えられる方
• ビジターの期待を超える体験を提供できる方
【契約条件】
■ パートナークルー A
• 月間シフト時間：120〜144時間
• 変形労働時間制（シフト制）
• 勤務可能日数：週5日以上
• 時給 1,400円
• 着替え手当 １シフトあたり400円支給
• 社会保険加入対象

【その他条件】
• 固定休日のご希望は承れません。
• 立ち仕事・歩行を伴う業務、屋外業務、暗所・騒音・点滅光下での業務が含まれます。
• 大勢の前で話す、大きな声で連続して話す業務があります。
• 所定の台詞・文章を暗記していただく場合があります。
• シフトは 1 ヵ月単位で作成します。
• 週末・夜間の勤務あり。
• 土日祝および繁忙期（年末年始、GW、学校休暇期間）は原則勤務となります。
• 勤務時間帯は 7:30～23:00 の間でシフト制。
• 勤務実績に応じて有給休暇が付与されます。
• パフォーマンスや勤務実績（遅刻・欠勤等）が基準を満たさない場合、契約更新を行わない場合があります。
【正社員登用】
パートナークルーは不定期に実施される社員登用に応募可能です。
日々の評価および登用試験の結果により、正社員へ登用される場合があります。
