Your New Role

ワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京 において、上長の指示のもと、ショー運営およびショーセットの解説を担当し、訪れるビジター（お客様）の期待を超える体験を創出していただきます。

Your Role Accountabilities

ショーエクスペリエンス部門とは？

• ショーエクスペリエンスチームは、ショー前後の案内や誘導、セット解説を行い、ビジターの期待感を高める役割を担います。
• 大きな声でのアナウンスや人前での説明が多く、説明原稿はすべて暗記が必要です。
• ツアーの魅力を直接伝え、印象的な体験づくりに貢献する部門です。

ショーエクスペリエンス 主な業務内容

• ショークオリティの維持
• 定められた基準以上のクオリティが常に保たれるよう、自身のパフォーマンスを適切に発揮し、ビジターの期待に応え、さらにそれを上回る体験を提供する。
• 運営業務
• ショーの運営、およびショーセットの解説を実施する。ビジターおよび館内の安全を常に意識し、有事の際には迅速かつ適切な避難誘導を行う。
• 安全管理

※一部屋外、暗所、閉所での業務あり

Qualifications & Experiences

求める人物像

• 顧客体験を最優先に考えられる方
• チームと協力しながら成果を出せる方
• ハリー・ポッターの世界観を楽しみ、来場者にその魅力を伝えられる方
• 高いホスピタリティでビジターの期待を超える体験を提供できる方

歓迎スキル

• エンターテインメント業界での経験
• トレーナーや教育に関する業務経験
• 外国語でのコミュニケーション能力

契約条件

• 1か月単位の変形労働時間制
• 月120~144時間の勤務が必要
• 週5日程度の出勤が必要
• 1日の実働時間目安 7時間30分（シフトによって変動あり）
• 7:00~23:00の間でシフト勤務

その他条件

• 勤務時間帯は 7:30~23:00 の間でシフト制。
• 曜日固定の休日や、シフト時間帯固定のご希望は承れません。
• 立ち仕事・歩行を伴う業務、屋外業務、暗所・騒音・点滅光下での業務が含まれます。
• 大勢の前で話す、大きな声で連続して話す業務があります。
• 所定の台詞・文章を暗記していただく場合があります。
• 週末・夜間の勤務あり。
• 土日祝および繁忙期（年末年始、GW、学校休暇期間）は原則勤務となります。
• 勤務実績に応じて有給休暇が付与されます。
• パフォーマンスや勤務実績（遅刻・欠勤等）が基準を満たさない場合、契約更新を行わない場合があります。

• 6月11日（木）SE OJT④
• 6月12日（金）OFF
• 6月13日（土）OFF
• 6月14日（日）SE OJT⑤
• 6月15日（月）SE OJT⑥
• 6月16日（火）SE OJT⑦
• 6月17日（水）SE OJT⑧
• 6月18日OFF
• 6月19日現場デビュー

※6月21日以降に休日希望がある場合は、6月1日入社時にお伺いします

選考プロセス

①Workdayよりご応募（履歴書はできるだけ詳細にご記入ください）

②書類選考 電話面談実施の場合もあり（業務についての確認。5分程度）

③合同面接会（豊島園にて対面）

2026/4/27(月)午後の1回のみ実施予定。ご予定のご調整をお願いいたします。

④合格、ご入社手続き

⑤ご入社（2026/6/1予定。弊社の定める日）
