【職務概要】

ワーナー ブラザース スタジオツアー東京において、上長と協力し、入口エリアにおけるチケット確認、ツアーまでの案内・誘導やインフォメーションおよびクローク業務を担当します。

ビジター（お客様）の来館体験全体を丁寧にサポートしながら、期待を超える体験を創出します。

【主な業務内容】

• メインエントランスでの入場案内
• チケットの確認
• カーパークのチケット確認/誘導
• 荷物のお預かり/お返し
• インフォメーションカウンターでの施設内全体のご案内
• ツアー入口と最終エリアの誘導と展示紹介
• ショークオリティーの維持：ショーセットの解説

• 安全管理
  ビジターおよび館内の安全を常に意識し、有事の際には迅速かつ適切な避難誘導を行う。
• 自身の成長に向けた継続的な学習

【必須スキル・経験】

• 接客業の経験（小売り、飲食、ホスピタリティ等）
• チームワークを重視した協働力とコミュニケーション能力
• 同僚・上司と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れること
• 日本語でのトレーニングにより、必要な知識や手順を習得できること

【歓迎スキル】

• エンターテインメント業界での経験
• トレーナーや教育に関する業務経験

• 外国語でのコミュニケーション能力

• 高いホスピタリティでビジターの期待を超える体験を提供できる方

【契約条件】

• パートナークルー A（アルバイト）

• 月間シフト時間：120〜144時間
• 勤務可能日数：週5日以上（終日勤務可能）

【その他条件】

• 勤務時間帯は 7:30～23:00 の間でシフト制。
• シフトは 1 ヵ月単位で作成します。
• 固定休日のご希望は承れません。
• 週末・夜間の勤務あり。
• 土日祝および繁忙期（年末年始、GW、学校休暇期間）は原則、勤務となります。
• 立ち仕事・歩行を伴う業務、屋外業務、暗所・閉所・騒音・点滅光下での業務が含まれます。
• 大勢の前で話す、大きな声で連続して話す業務があります。
• 所定のセリフ/文章を暗記していただく場合があります。
• 勤務実績に応じて有給休暇が付与されます。
• ６か月ごとの契約です。
• パフォーマンスや勤務実績（遅刻・欠勤等）が基準を満たさない場合、契約更新を行わない場合があります。

【選考プロセス】
①Workdayよりご応募（履歴書必須。pdf, excel, wordいずれかの形式）
②書類選考/電話面談実施の場合もあり（業務についての確認。5分程度）
③面接（豊島園にて対面。1時間程度）
④バックグラウンドチェック
⑤合格、ご入社手続き
⑥ご入社（2026/5/1予定。弊社の定める日）
