Your New Role
アシスタントプロデューサーは、ワーナー・ブラザース・ジャパンのアニメ事業部において、担当作品の制作推進および企画サポートを担うポジションです。出版社、制作スタジオ、クリエイター、製作委員会メンバーなど社内外の関係者と連携しながら、作品の企画開発から制作・納品までの工程を推進いただきます。本ポジションでは、担当作品の一部領域を主体的に管理しながら、将来的に企画開発や事業推進をリードできるプロデューサーへの成長を期待しています。
Your Role Accountabilities
- アニメ化候補となる原作やIPのリサーチを行い、企画開発業務をサポートする。
- 出版社、制作スタジオ、制作パートナーとの関係構築および各種調整業務を担当する。
- 担当作品における制作スケジュール、進行状況、各種納品物の管理を行う。
- 脚本、絵コンテ、制作素材などの確認を行い、作品品質の維持を支援する。
- 製作委員会運営および関連する会議体の準備、資料作成、関係者調整を担当する。
- プロモーション施策やIP展開施策の実行をサポートし、社内関係部署との連携を行う。
- 担当プロジェクトにおける業務改善提案や小規模な企画提案を行い、上長承認のもと実行する。
Qualifications & Experience
必須要件
- アニメ業界、映像制作業界、またはエンターテインメント業界における実務経験3年以上
- 制作進行、制作管理、企画開発、ライセンス、宣伝・マーケティングのいずれかの経験
- 制作会社、出版社、権利元などとの折衝経験
- スケジュール管理および複数案件を並行して推進した経験
- 高いコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力

- 製作委員会業務経験
- アニメ作品における企画開発経験
- 英語による業務コミュニケーション経験
- グローバルプロジェクトへの参画経験
Your New Role
The Supervisor, Assistant Producer plays a key role in supporting the development, production, and commercialization of animated content for Warner Bros. Discovery Japan. Working closely with publishers, animation studios, creators, production committee members, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role helps drive projects from development through delivery. The successful candidate will independently manage assigned productions, contribute ideas and improvements, and develop the expertise required to lead larger-scale projects in the future.

Your Role Accountabilities
- Research and evaluate intellectual properties, original works, and content opportunities for animation development.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with publishers, animation studios, production partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage production schedules, project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day workflow across assigned productions.
- Review scripts, storyboards, production materials, and creative assets to support production quality and project objectives.
- Coordinate production committee activities, prepare project materials, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing, licensing, and business teams to support promotional initiatives and content commercialization efforts.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and develop project-level proposals or improvements under the guidance and approval of senior production leadership.
Qualifications & Experiences
Required
- 3+ years of experience in animation production, media production, entertainment, or a related industry.
- Experience in production coordination, project management, content development, licensing, marketing, or related functions.
- Experience working with external stakeholders such as publishers, animation studios, rights holders, or production partners.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
Preferred
- Experience supporting production committee operations.
- Experience participating in animation planning or content development initiatives.
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Experience working on international projects or global content initiatives.
