Your New Role

The Client Partner, Advertising Solutions Partnerships is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth through strategic partnerships with advertisers and agencies. This role develops and delivers integrated, solution-led advertising opportunities that leverage WBD's premium content, brands, and platforms. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Client Partner owns account strategy, business development, and commercial growth across key accounts.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Own advertising revenue targets across assigned accounts and strategic partners. Lead end-to-end sales activities including pricing strategy, deal structuring, and negotiations.
  • Develop and pitch integrated advertising solutions, including sponsorships, branded content, and cross-platform campaigns. Clearly communicate value propositions and ROI to clients.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing partnerships across WBD brands and platforms.
  • Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Production, Programming, Digital, and Global stakeholders to deliver high-impact partnership programs.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast. Provide regular business updates and commercial insights to leadership.


Qualifications & Experiences

  • 3-7+ years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, partnership sales, or solution-based selling.
  • Proven experience managing revenue targets and delivering measurable commercial results.
  • Experience developing and negotiating complex advertising or partnership agreements.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business-level English and Japanese language proficiency.


Preferred

  • Experience with sponsorship sales, branded content, custom integrations, or cross-platform media solutions.
  • Understanding of advertiser marketing objectives, media planning, and brand strategy.
  • Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or sharing best practices within a sales organization.
