Your New Role

This is a 2-year FTC opportunity supporting the coordination of non-linear content operations across On Demand and OTT services. The role contributes to the successful processing, quality control, scheduling, and distribution of content across multiple platforms and territories while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Coordinate the transcoding and distribution of non-linear assets (HBO On Demand, MAX) across all platforms and territories in line with programming schedules and distribution deadlines.
  • Monitor running production processes and oversee quality control of non-linear assets prior to distribution, resolving or escalating content issues where required.

  • Report, track and communicate content, metadata, localization and scheduling updates, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Act as a central point of contact for Programming, platform operators and Engineering teams to resolve technical, distribution, content availability and asset quality issues.
  • Coordinate content and scheduling changes, ensuring local HBO teams and stakeholders have the required information and asset availability.
  • Support operational excellence by contributing to process improvements, workflow documentation, reporting, new service launches and special projects.
  • Provide operational support to the wider VoD & OTT team, including out-of-hours coverage, knowledge sharing and support for production and development activities when required.


Qualifications & Experiences

  • Background in broadcast technology through recognised education or relevant industry experience.
  • Good knowledge of professional and consumer file formats, endpoint devices, content distribution networks (CDN), and OTT/On Demand services and interfaces.
  • Ability to understand and document technical details of complex hardware and software systems.
  • Familiarity with Traffic, Shipping, Production, Ingest and Localization workflows would be advantageous
  • Previous experience working with ticketing or issue-tracking systems such as JIRA or Mantis, and willingness to work across multiple shifts.
