KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create / maintain vendor master data for new / existing vendors in SAP such as remittance and banking information, payment terms, company code extensions, payment and posting blocks, retention of vendor forms and supporting documentation, and enforcing approvals on set-up forms prior to vendor creation / modification
• Perform due diligence on new vendor requests and verify supporting documentation is correct and thoroughly vetted prior to vendor set-up
• Resolve incomplete or erroneous vendor information in coordination with the business requestor
• Establish strong relationships with Procurement and Payable team members to ensure understanding and consistent execution of vendor maintenance policies and changing business requirements are identified and incorporated
• Create and distribute operational metrics on new vendor creation and vendor change activity. Reporting must include an analysis of the activity and identify any unusual situations or factors influencing activity volumes
• Participate in initiatives for developing, enhancing and supporting vendor maintenance and related procurement and payment processes, policies or technologies.
• Assist with the review and analysis of vendor and payment activity to ensure compliance with Company policies and identify ways to change business behaviors, reduce costs, and identify process improvement opportunities
• Provide best in class customer service and resolve customer inquiries within 24 to 48 hours
• Ensure SOX controls or operating effectively and evidenced timely

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Looking for a candidate 5-8 years of experience with Global vendor maintenance.

• Fluent in English and excellent written and Oral communication.
• Must have worked for global regions like North America, EMEA and APAC and understand their tax terminology/forms like W8/W9, Certificate of residence, GST,PAN etc.
• Previous experience in Master Data essential & SAP
• Preferred Microsoft Office and/or GSuite experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP,/S4 SharePoint, ServiceNow.
• Ability to work under limited supervision for routine tasks and create guidelines for non-routine cases, new project or new assignments
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Good understanding of cultural sensitivity and customer services ethics
• A flexible approach
• Must be able to work in a team and individually, good team player
• Problem solving skills - uses own judgement based on existing procedures and policies to decide on appropriate action
• Ability to prioritize workload

Work Location: Hyderabad WBD Office
shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Drop off Facility available at 11:00 pm
