本ポジションはワーナー ブラザーズ スタジオツアー東京および都内リテールショップ(原宿・赤坂)の採用全般を担当し、各部門と連携しながらリクルーティングを推進します。また、応募者管理から選考プロセスの調整まで一連の採用活動をリードし、事業の成長を支えるためのタレントプールを構築していくことも期待しています。
This role will be responsible for hiring for Warner Bros. Studio Tour and Retail business which includes WB Studio Tour Tokyo in Toshimaen and the retail stores in Harajuku and Akasaka. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will partner with hiring teams to manage high-volume recruiting and build an effective talent pipeline to meet recruitment needs.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- 各部門の採用ニーズを把握し、ステークホルダーと連携して最適な採用戦略を立案・実行する。
- ビジネス要件に応じて、求人媒体を活用したポジション別のフルサイクルリクルーティングを推進する。
- フロントライン各チームの採用ニーズに合わせた選考方法を企画・運営する。
- 社内タレントの活用を支援し、内部登用やキャリア開発を促進する。
- 業界団体やビジネスリソースグループなどのネットワークを活用し、担当領域の専門性を高めつつタレントパイプラインを構築する。
- 関連する業界イベントやキャリアフェアに参加し、外部人材との接点を拡大する。
- 行政機関、NPO、学校と連携し、障がい者採用を含むインクルーシブ採用を推進する。
- グローバルチームと連携してインターンおよび新卒採用を担当し、キャンパスイベントにも参加する。
- 業務改善に関するグローバルプロジェクトに参画し、採用プロセスの継続的な改善に寄与する。
- TAオペレーションと連携し、ブランドを反映した候補者体験の維持と向上を図る。
- Workday Recruiting を適切に更新・管理し、Time to Fillや採用ソースなどの指標を正確に把握・報告できる状態を維持する。
- 採用市場や担当領域の最新動向を把握し、業務に反映する。

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business, department and requisition needs to develop recruiting strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill positions.
- In response to business needs, manage full-cycle recruitment, understand various job boards, and drive efficient recruitment activities tailored to each position.
- Organise and manage assessment centres for high volume recruitment across the different frontline teams.
- Proactively support, educate, and advocate for internal talent.
- Build and leverage network (business resource groups, professional organisations) to become the expert in assigned functions and continually growing and developing talent pipeline.
- Attend key industry/function related events and career fairs where relevant.
- Partner with government agencies, non-profit organisations and schools to support disability and inclusive hiring efforts.
- Partner with Early Talent to hire interns and graduates, and attend campus events where appropriate.
- Participate in special projects that support continuous business process improvement.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Operations to ensure that a superior candidate experience reflective of our values is being adhered to across all recruitment.
- Update and manage WBD's applicant tracking system (Workday Recruiting) on a timely basis to ensure accurate reporting on statistics on time to fill and source of hire etc.
- Stay abreast of industry news and have a good knowledge and understanding of the function areas.
Qualifications & Experiences...
- インハウスでの採用経験、もしくは求人媒体の営業経験または人材紹介の経験。
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(主にメール/チャット等を利用します)
- 小売業等での大量採用の実務経験があれば尚可。
- Experience in in-house recruitment.
- Experience in managing high volume of recruitment is a plus.
- Business level English proficiency and native level Japanese proficiency.

- プロジェクトマネジメントに長け、タイムラインを守りつつ進捗を適切に共有できること。
- 応募者管理システム(ATS)に関する実務レベルの知識があること。
- Able to build effective relationships and collaborate with a wide variety of individuals.
- Detail oriented and meticulous.
- Skilled in project management and able to follow timelines and communicate progress effectively.
- Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system.
