Your New Role...
As Supervising Producer for CNN Global Productions, you will shape high-impact, revenue-generating feature content across CNN's platforms from pitch to publish, turning data and audience insights into beautiful, impactful stories that create social discourse. You will lead teams, oversee major sponsorship projects, and deliver compelling multi-platform storytelling to a global audience.
If you're a master of multi-platform storytelling - from written digital features to bite-sized social videos to full 30-minute TV documentaries - who strives to innovate and experiment with new technologies, we want to hear from you.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Oversee the creation of story treatments across digital, TV and social platforms, ensuring all output meets CNN's editorial standards.
- Provide editorial leadership by guiding Producers and ensuring all content delivers against briefs, standards and expectations.
- Coordinate production on high-profile sponsorship projects, working with Producers to deliver against KPIs, including scheduling, A/B testing and SEO optimisation.
- Collaborate with global bureaus and travel as required to create content that showcases innovation, people and stories from different regions.
- Allocate resources and coordinate assignments in partnership with leadership, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with on-air talent, stakeholders and cross-functional teams while maintaining budget oversight and cost awareness.
- Coordinate day-to-day production logistics and creative processes, review performance with Strategic Insights teams, and support team development through mentoring and learning initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience creating engaging video content for a global news or media organisation
- Extensive experience managing production budgets and overseeing complex projects
- Experience working with on-air talent and high-profile individuals
- Strong writing, editing and editorial judgment skills with good knowledge of current affairs
- Understanding of S&P and Ofcom compliance guidelines and their application in content production
