Your New Role
We are looking for a proactive and structured Student Worker to support the Ad Sales team. Working closely with the Project Manager, the primary focus of the role is to provide back-office support and contribute to projects that free up time for Key Account Managers and help drive the team's commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day back-office tasks and ongoing projects
• Create, update, and optimize visually strong, customer-facing presentations and sales material (PowerPoint)
• Understand the needs of Key Account Managers and Market Managers and support the daily execution of sales-related projects
• Assist Key Account Managers and Market Managers in preparing for customer meetings and presentations
• Cooperate with the Planning department
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration with BtB Marketing, Revenue, and Sales Research departments
• Coordinate with different departments within WBD to ensure strong internal cooperation
• Contribute to the development of attractive commercial sales packages, including sports rights and local productions
• Support colleagues with back-office tasks when needed
• Assist in the planning and execution of Ad Sales events (e.g. kick-offs, raids, client events)
• Report to the Project Manager as the primary stakeholder
• Contribute to identifying upselling opportunities
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed to support the Ad Sales organization
Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program

• Positive, outgoing, and skilled at building strong internal and external relationships
• Strong PowerPoint skills and a good graphic eye
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Target- and sales-oriented mindset
• Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities may change
• Interest in sports and/or TV programming is a strong advantage
Metrics
• Well-managed support of projects and events
• Timely delivery of presentations and sales materials
• Participation in all relevant internal meetings
• Strong internal information flow and coordination, ensuring Ad Sales always has the necessary information
• Proactive contribution to the Ad Sales team's daily workflow
• Efficient communication with internal stakeholders
This position offers approximately 15 hours of work per week. Hours may vary from week to week, with potential for increased hours during peak periods.
