Your New Role

The Sr. Manager Creative is responsible for leading the end-to-end creative process for entertainment marketing campaigns, from concept through execution and delivery. This role drives creative vision, ideas, and assets across all phases of development, ensuring compelling storytelling and consistently high creative standards.

As a true content fan, brings passion for entertainment and a deep understanding of audience behavior, translating insights into innovative and effective creative work. This role oversees the development of video and static assets, creative layouts, and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, business objectives, timelines, and approved budgets.

Leads creative concepts and campaigns holistically, collaborates closely with external vendors and partners, and continuously evaluates and adopts best-in-class tools, formats, and creative approaches across platforms.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Lead the creative concept, ideas, and asset development across the entire creative lifecycle, from briefing through final delivery.

• Define and dictate creative guidelines that establish the tone, narrative, and visual language for promotional video and static assets, while maintaining strong brand positioning across traditional, digital, and social platforms.

• Manage and oversee creative campaigns end to end, ensuring clarity of vision, creative excellence, and on-time delivery within budget.

• Partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, agencies, and production partners to execute high-quality creative work that meets strategic and creative objectives.

• Plan and supervise the production of original footage, including pack days and other content capture moments.

• Stay current on the latest entertainment, cultural, and social media trends, incorporating emerging formats, earned media opportunities, and platform-native ideas into creative strategies.

• Champion a consumer-first, social-first mindset, ensuring campaigns are relevant, engaging, and culturally resonant.

• Ensure continuous creative, technical, and leadership development through strong creative direction and clear expectations.

• Lead marketing days and set visits

Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication, Advertisement or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading creative work or managing creative campaigns.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Strong understanding of entertainment marketing, social media trends, and earned media ideas.

• Proven experience collaborating with external vendors and creative partners.

• A strong creative portfolio is required, demonstrating concept development, craftmanship, campaign leadership, and cohesive execution across platforms.

• High integrity, reflecting and promoting values that support ethical decision-making and creative excellence.

• Consumer-first and social-first
