This Senior Director-level role will hold a key leadership position within the Capability Center (CC) Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team. This role will be responsible for driving transformation projects across assigned functions. The role is responsible for working with business stakeholders to design and deliver transformation roadmaps and initiatives. The role will involve working globally with CC leadership, WBD functional stakeholders and other internal and external (e.g., outsource partners) groups. Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Serve as Customer Relationship Manager for assigned function(s) - responsibilities include:

o Act as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for the function

o Build and maintain the transformation roadmap based on business needs and changes

o Manage demand and service requests across Design/Transition, Continuous Improvement, and Digital Automation

o Provide delivery oversight, status reporting, and governance/steerco participation (as applicable)

o Track performance, resolve issues/escalations, gather feedback, and demonstrate S&T value (cost, quality, speed, efficiency)
  • Serve as Global Process Owner for an assigned CC Strategy & Transformation Team process: e.g. Design and Transition, Continuous Improvement, Digital Automation, Training or Integration - responsibilities include:

o Own the end-to-end process globally, including governance and decision rights

o Define, standardize, and simplify the process and ways of working across S&T

o Develop and maintain process playbooks, templates, and supporting documentation

o Sponsor automation, digitization, and continuous improvement of the process

o Enable adoption through training, communications, and SME support, including escalation management
  • Act as key representative for S&T with Hyderabad CC Leadership team, ensuring functional leadership can engage with S&T

o Build relationships with local functional delivery leaders to support One Team approach to delivery of transformation

o Build relationships with support functions including Talent Acquisition, T&O AI & Automation
  • Serve as onsite leader for CC S&T team in Hyderabad by providing on-the-ground leadership, support, and expertise for the team, bridging the gap between the team's direct manager (who may be in a different location and different time zone) and the local team. Responsibilities include:

o Serve as the primary onsite communication link for the Hyderabad team and local site

o Run regular team touchpoints to share updates, align priorities, and surface risks/issues

o Ensure adherence to WBD policies and local ways of working (e.g., in-office expectations)

o Provide onsite support for employees as needed and coordinate with the remote manager

o Escalate and triage local issues with the direct manager and/or P&C, supporting coaching and performance needs

Qualifications & Experience...

Experience

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a large multinational corporation with experience in a back-office support function, consulting/strategy or BPO/shared services organization
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with large scale, high visibility business process or organizational transformation
  • Experience managing projects driving implementation and adoption of automation including machine learning, Agentic AI and RPA
  • Experience managing projects/teams across multiple global locations
  • Experience developing and facilitating workshops
  • Experience driving change management, process improvement and operating model design
  • Experience in Transformation including roadmap development and implementation
  • Experience leading teams including development and coaching of team members
  • Successful track record of leading projects and development/delivery of complex solutions
  • International experience required


Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Technology, Human Resources) required
  • MBA preferred

  • Ability to assess and measure impact and to prioritize accordingly
  • Proven ability to build confidence and trust with internal and external stakeholders and influence decision making
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to proactively manage a variety of projects and timelines; demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, and accountability
  • Strong collaborator and team player
  • Entertainment industry experience a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally


Shift Timings:- 3 PM to 11 PM IST (Needs to be flexible basis business need)
