Your New Role:

As the Senior Director of Converged Product for Platform and Data Services, you will lead the strategy and execution of Warner Bros. Discovery's next generation advertising platform. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of foundational capabilities that power converged ad experiences across linear, digital, streaming, and emerging endpoints.

In this role, you will drive alignment across engineering, data, ad tech, identity, measurement, and monetization teams to deliver a unified, interoperable platform that enables consistent, accurate, scalable advertising experiences for marketers and internal operators. You will define and evolve global platform standards, ensure data consistency and integrity, and guide a multi-year transformation toward a fully converged advertising ecosystem.

You will serve as a senior leader across the ad platform organization, influencing long-term architecture decisions, shaping cross team operating models, and stewarding a high performing product culture focused on quality, reliability, and measurable business outcomes.

Core Platform Domains you will own:

Inventory & Supply Services

  • Linear & digital inventory models
  • Availability, constraints, and eligibility rules
  • Supply normalization across platforms


Identity & Data Interoperability

  • Identity resolution and linking
  • First- and third-party data onboarding
  • Privacy, consent, and data governance


Core Ad Data Platform

  • Canonical schemas (deal, order, delivery, measurement)
  • Eventing, state management, and lineage
  • Data quality, reconciliation, and audit frameworks


Platform APIs & Integration Layer

  • Public and internal APIs
  • Event streams and messaging
  • Integration patterns with CRM, OMS, ad servers


Measurement & Attribution Foundations

  • Delivery signals ingestion
  • Cross-platform measurement consistency
  • Measurement extensibility for new partners


Non-Functional Platform Capabilities

  • Scalability, performance, resiliency
  • Security, privacy, compliance
  • Platform observability and SLAs

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $192,570.00 - $357,630.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
