Zakres Obowiązków...

• Nadzorowanie i koordynowanie rozwoju projektów serialowych we ścisłej współpracy ze scenarzystami, producentami oraz odpowiednimi interesariuszami wewnętrznymi.
• Budowanie i utrzymywanie silnych relacji w branży audiowizualnej w celu identyfikowania, pozyskiwania i rozwijania wysokiej jakości projektów serialowych, a także identyfikowania, rekomendowania i wspierania pozyskiwania scenarzystów, twórców oraz talentów kreatywnych.
• Przygotowywanie ocen redakcyjnych, analiz scenariuszy oraz notatek rozwojowych dla projektów serialowych na różnych etapach rozwoju.
• Współtworzenie wizji kreatywnej, kierunku artystycznego oraz głównych założeń nowych projektów serialowych, a także kształtowanie ich długoterminowego kierunku kreatywnego i strategii rozwoju.
• Zapewnianie twórczego wsparcia i konstruktywnej informacji zwrotnej dla scenarzystów w celu osiągnięcia najwyższej jakości narracji, struktury oraz rozwoju postaci.
• Ścisła współpraca z producentami kreatywnymi, showrunnerami, reżyserami oraz innymi kluczowymi partnerami kreatywnymi na wszystkich etapach procesu rozwoju.
• Ścisła współpraca z zespołem HBO Max Development and Production oraz bezpośrednie raportowanie do Lead, Original Production Poland w celu zapewnienia zgodności priorytetów kreatywnych, harmonogramów oraz celów projektowych.

• Odpowiednie doświadczenie zawodowe w rozwoju treści fabularnych, najlepiej zdobyte w stacji telewizyjnej, platformie streamingowej, firmie produkcyjnej lub innej organizacji audiowizualnej.
• Dogłębne zrozumienie procesu rozwoju projektów fabularnych, w tym struktury historii, budowania postaci, oceny scenariuszy oraz udzielania kreatywnej informacji zwrotnej.
• Umiejętność analizowania scenariuszy, treatmentów i materiałów projektowych oraz przekładania obserwacji redakcyjnych na jasne, praktyczne i konstruktywne rekomendacje.
• Dobra znajomość lokalnego rynku audiowizualnego, środowiska talentów kreatywnych oraz oczekiwań odbiorców, połączona z umiejętnością budowania zaufanych relacji z zespołami wewnętrznymi i partnerami kreatywnymi.
• Wysoki poziom profesjonalizmu, dyskrecji, rzetelności oraz umiejętności podejmowania trafnych decyzji w obszarze zagadnień kreatywnych, biznesowych i związanych z talentami.

Your New Role...

This role is responsible for developing local scripted series projects, partnering with creative talent and supporting high-quality storytelling for HBO Max in Poland. You will have a direct impact on the creative direction of new productions and the growth of the local original content slate.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Oversee and coordinate the development of scripted series projects in close collaboration with screenwriters, producers and relevant internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the audiovisual industry to identify, source and develop high-quality scripted projects, while identifying, recommending and helping secure screenwriters, creators and creative talent.
• Prepare editorial evaluations, script analyses and development notes for scripted projects at various stages of development.
• Contribute to defining the creative vision, artistic direction and core premises of new scripted series projects, while shaping their long-term creative direction and development strategy.
• Provide creative guidance and constructive feedback to writers to support the highest possible quality of storytelling, structure and character development;
• Collaborate closely with creative producers, showrunners, directors and other key creative partners throughout the development process.
• Work in close partnership with the HBO Max Development and Production team and report directly to the Lead, Original Production Poland to ensure alignment on creative priorities, timelines and project objectives.

Qualifications & Experience...

• Relevant professional experience in scripted content development, preferably gained within a broadcaster, streaming platform, production company or other audiovisual organisation.
• Strong understanding of the scripted development process, including story structure, character development, script evaluation and creative feedback.
• Ability to analyse scripts, treatments and project materials and translate editorial observations into clear, practical and constructive notes.
• Good knowledge of the local audiovisual market, creative talent landscape and audience expectations, combined with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external creative partners.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, reliability and sound judgement in handling creative, business and talent-related matters.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
