We are looking for a highly skilled D365 Programmer to join our team and lead the development, customisation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role focuses on Commerce, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse Management and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a deep understanding of D365 modules, and experience with ecommerce integrations to enhance our business processes and deliver exceptional global retail and ecommerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions (Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance or other D365 modules) tailored to business requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Document development processes, architecture, and deployment instructions.

- Stay current with new Microsoft technologies and updates in the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.
- Ensure solutions comply with best practice regarding security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Application continuous improvement pipeline
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, custom connectors, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps components.
- Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Build and optimise Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights from business data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across D365 and Power Platform environments.
- Support deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, focusing on Commerce, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse Management and Finance modules.
- Power Platform: Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Development: Proficient in X++, C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Web API development within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Customisation: Experience with Dynamics 365 customisation tools including plugin development, workflows, business rules, and form scripting.
- Integration: Proven experience with ecommerce platform integrations such as Shopify. Skilled in developing and consuming APIs, including OData and RESTful services, and integrating D365 with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain workflows and warehouse operations and financial processes.
- Database: Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service), SQL Server, and data modelling.
- Cloud: Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.

- Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification: Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MB-500 (Dynamics 365 Developer), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), or similar are a plus.
