Your new role

The Sr Analyst, Programmatic Ad Sales will serve as the go-to expert for programmatic advertising within the Brazil Ad Sales organization, supporting the sales team in meetings with agencies, advertisers, and internal stakeholders.

This role will be responsible for developing programmatic commercial strategies, building proposals, supporting strategic discussions, and translating technical opportunities within the programmatic ecosystem into clear and relevant client-facing narratives.

While this position is not responsible for the operational setup of programmatic deals, it plays a key role in information sharing and coordination with the teams responsible for deal implementation and governance. The main objective is to act as a strategic and consultative partner, capable of leading deeper discussions on programmatic advertising, answering questions, promoting knowledge and best practices both internally and externally, and connecting Sales, Clients, Agencies, and Operations to drive sustainable and scalable growth for the programmatic business

Your role accountabilities:

1. Develop programmatic commercial strategies and support the sales team in agency and advertiser meetings, translating client needs into premium programmatic opportunities. 30%

2. Build and present high-impact proposals, strategic narratives, and data-driven insights tailored to different industry verticals and programmatic objectives. 25%

3. Serve as a programmatic subject matter expert and spokesperson, answering questions, deepening discussions, and evangelizing programmatic media internally and externally. 20%

4. Support negotiations and consultative conversations around audience solutions, buying models, and programmatic value propositions. 10%

5. Partner with Operations, Sales, and internal stakeholders to align commercial recommendations with technical feasibility and campaign execution, while contributing to internal training and enablement initiatives for the commercial team. 15%

Qualification & Experience:

Essential

1. Experience in advertising, digital media, programmatic media, ad tech, media sales, or a related commercial environment.

2. Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, including buying models, audience strategies, campaign metrics, and the programmatic ecosystem.

3. Ability to support sales conversations with agencies and advertisers, translating technical programmatic concepts into clear commercial language.

4. Strong presentation development skills, with the ability to build high-impact proposals and client-facing narratives.

5. Advanced English or advanced Spanish, with ability to participate in business discussions and regional interactions.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Desirable

1. Background in Ad Sales, Programmatic Sales, Digital Sales, Trading Desk, DSP, SSP, Publisher, or Ad Tech environments.

2. Experience with streaming, connected TV, or other high-value digital advertising formats.

3. Experience dealing with external clients and agencies in consultative, strategic, or technical commercial conversations.

4. Ability to work closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams with autonomy, ownership, and strong stakeholder management.

5. Knowledge of data, measurement, audience segmentation, and market insights applied to commercial storytelling.
