Twoje zadania:

• Przygotowywanie cyklicznych analiz dotyczących treści programowych oraz wyników biznesowych (tytuł, portfolio, kanał, platforma)
• Wizualizacja wyników w formie klarownych, atrakcyjnych raportów i krótkich decków dla interesariuszy
  Formułowanie wniosków i rekomendacji na podstawie przeprowadzanych analiz
• Współpraca cross funkcyjna z zespołami, w szczególności finanse, sprzedaż, programming, digital
• Wsparcie projektów strategicznych dot. planowania treści na kanałach tv i platformach streamingowych
• Analizy efektywności wykorzystania treści (performance tytułów, portfolio, benchmarki konkurencyjne)
• Dostarczanie insightów dla PR, komunikacji i marketingu

Kwalifikacje i doświadczenie:

• 1-3 lata doświadczenia w mediach lub obszarze analityczno-strategicznym.
• Analityczne myślenie i umiejętność przekładania danych na trafne rekomendacje biznesowe.
• Bardzo dobra znajomość Excel i PowerPoint.
• Storytelling danych - umiejętność upraszczania złożonych wniosków i dopasowywania przekazu do odbiorcy.
• Znajomość rynku mediów (TV, streaming, digital) oraz zainteresowanie zmieniającymi się trendami i potrzebami odbiorców.
• Umiejętność efektywnej współpracy i jasnej komunikacji, w tym formułowania oraz obrony rekomendacji opartych na danych i analizach.
• Silna orientacja na osiąganie efektów, połączona z dbałością o jakość pracy, rzetelność i wysokie standardy etyczne.
• Energia, pozytywne nastawienie i odporność na presję, umożliwiające skuteczne działanie w dynamicznym środowisku, przy zmieniających się priorytetach i krótkich terminach.
• Wysoka ciekawość intelektualna oraz motywacja do ciągłego pogłębiania wiedzy o rynku i trendach branżowych.
• Język angielski na poziomie min. B2 - swobodna komunikacja pisemna i ustna.

Content Strategy & Analysis Specialist

In Strategic Planning, we work at the intersection of data, content, and business. We connect the perspectives of various teams to extract key insights from data and translate them into real decisions about video content. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or media research who want to grow in content strategy and play a key role in delivering Warner Bros. Discovery's priority initiatives.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Preparing recurring analyses related to programming content and business performance (title, portfolio, channel, platform)
• Visualizing results in the form of clear, engaging reports and short decks for stakeholders
• Formulating insights and recommendations based on conducted analyses
• Cross-functional collaboration with teams, particularly finance, sales, programming, and digital
• Supporting strategic projects related to content planning for TV channels and streaming platforms
• Analyzing content utilization effectiveness (title performance, portfolio, competitive benchmarks)
• Providing insights for PR, communications, and marketing

Qualifications and experience...

• 1-3 years of experience in media or an analytical/strategic field
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into accurate business recommendations
• Very good command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Data storytelling - the ability to simplify complex findings and tailor the message to the audience
• Knowledge of the media market (TV, streaming, digital) and interest in evolving trends and audience needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly, including formulating and defending data-driven recommendations
• Strong results orientation combined with attention to work quality, reliability, and high ethical standards
• Energy, a positive attitude, and resilience under pressure, enabling effective work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• High intellectual curiosity and motivation to continuously deepen knowledge of the market and industry trends
• English at minimum B2 level - comfortable written and spoken communication
• Nice to have: basic knowledge of BI tools (Arianna, AdvantEdge, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
