Su nuevo puesto:

Administrar y soportar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas Broadcast IT del canal garantizando su continuidad operativa.

Responsabilidades de su puesto:

• Entregar soporte de manera presencial o remota a usuarios de los sistemas Broadcast IT, solucionando errores y asegurando la continuidad operacional de los flujos de trabajo.
• Monitorear y soportar el buen funcionamiento de los equipos y flujos de trabajo en sistemas de producción y postproducción.
• Administrar servicios, servidores y estaciones de trabajo de los sistemas Broadcast IT,.
• Realizar instalaciones y configuraciones de hardware y software de equipos de sistemas de transmisión, generando manuales instructivos y control de las instalaciones.
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo a los dispositivos que componen la Red Broadcast
• Ejecutar protocolos de contingencia y respaldo de los sistemas y/o flujos de trabajo cuando se requiera.
• Coordinar y ejecutar soluciones a problemáticas reportadas a agentes internos o externos, garantizando y dando seguimiento a las soluciones a problemáticas presentadas en los sistemas de transmisión.
• Evaluar propuestas de soluciones técnicas, contribuyendo a dar soluciones robustas en pro de mejorar los sistemas o flujos de trabajo.

Calificación y experiencia:

• Formación Académica: Título técnico en informática, comunicación audiovisual, o carrera afín.
• Inglés Técnico.
• Conocimientos: Manejo de Sistemas Operativos Windows y Mac, conocimientos básicos de redes de datos, bases de datos, sistemas de ingesta, transmisión y edición de audio & video.
• Amplio conocimiento de soporte orientado al usuario final ya la resolución de problemas de SW y HW.
• Experiencia requerida: 2 años trabajando en soporte a usuario y manejo de sistemas de transmisión.
