Engineering & Implementation:
- Build and maintain features tightly integrated with our CMS platform for editors and product teams to configure, launch, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests
- Collaborate on APIs and services for experimentation integrations with frontend and backend systems
- Write clean, efficient software code with a focus on maintainability and performance
- Participate in regular testing, QA coverage analysis, and deployment processes to ensure production readiness
Collaboration & Delivery:
- Partner closely with peer engineers to learn and build experimentation systems, from architectural design to iterative feature development to production release
- Partner with product and analytics leads to define and deliver high-impact testing features
- Participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to develop team delivery skills
- Contribute to code reviews, architectural design documentation, and engineering process workflows
Mentorship & Growth:
- Provide peer mentorship through informal code reviews and collaborative debugging
- Share technical insights during team meetings and sprint ceremonies
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and create technical documentation
- Encourage inclusive engineering practices and a test-and-learn mindset
