Your New Role...
The Senior Revenue Accountant will be responsible for: preparing daily, monthly and quarterly advertising revenue accounting in accordance with IFRS / US GAAP and Company policies and practices; performing SOX controls; preparing relevant reports and schedules necessary for management and external reporting obligations; and other duties as listed below. This role will work closely with key stakeholders in FP&A and internal and external audit.

Your Role Accountabilities...
- Own day-to-day, month-end and quarter-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet flux analysis, SOX control documentation, and SEC reporting deliverables, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
- Own the calculation and maintenance of the Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) reserve, including data analysis, modeling inputs, assumptions, and coordination with key stakeholders
- Perform and oversee revenue cut-off procedures at month- and quarter-end, including preparation and review of revenue accruals to ensure accurate period recognition
- Prepare and review schedules and other deliverables required for internal and external reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Act as a key finance business partner, cultivating strong and effective relationships with accounting, finance, and other business departments
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review accounts and revenue processes, proactively identifying and driving process improvements and efficiencies
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and upstream processes to ensure proper accounting treatment and identify optimization opportunities
- Support internal and external audits, including acting as a primary point of contact for assigned areas and responding to audit inquiries
Qualifications & Experience...
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance with proven accounting experience in an international environment, preferably with a strong focus on revenue recognition
- Strong practical knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP, with in-depth understanding of revenue recognition standards (required)
- Partial ACCA or PIBR qualification is highly preferred
- Proven experience performing complex accounting activities in SAP
- Advanced Excel skills, including work with large data sets and analytical models
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
