We are looking for Senior Product Manager - SAP BRIM owns the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) capabilities supporting subscription, usage-based, and transactional business models. This role partners closely with Finance, Engineering, and Commerce teams to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, and scalable order-to-cash operations across global markets.

The role acts as the product owner and subject-matter expert for SAP BRIM, including integrations with upstream commerce platforms and downstream financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and future-ready scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the SAP BRIM product vision and roadmap, aligned to business objectives for subscription, usage-based, PPV (Pay Per View) and transactional monetization models.
  • Prioritize initiatives across billing, invoicing, mediation, and revenue recognition, balancing regulatory needs, operational stability, and new business requirements.
  • Translate finance, accounting, and commercial needs into clear product requirements and backlog items.

SAP BRIM Domain Ownership
  • Serve as the primary product owner for SAP BRIM, with accountability across billing configuration, revenue flows, and financial outcomes
  • Own PSP and wallet integrations from a BRIM perspective, including SAP configuration, validation, and testing lifecycles in partnership with engineering and QA.
  • Own SAP financial mapping for product flows, ensuring accurate billing, settlement, and revenue recognition.
  • Ensure SAP BRIM supports compliant revenue recognition, settlement, and financial reporting.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams to align on requirements, risks and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination for BRIM-related initiatives.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex, revenue-impacting incidents and defects, driving prioritization, root-cause analysis, and resolution.

Delivery & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP BRIM enhancements, including requirements definition, design validation, UAT coordination, and production rollout.
  • Own regional rollout readiness from a BRIM and finance perspective, ensuring configurations, data flows, and reporting are market-ready when launches occur.
  • Ensure high data quality, system reliability, and operational readiness across billing and revenue processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across billing accuracy, cycle times, and exception handling.

Optimization & Operational Enablement
  • Drive continuous improvement across billing accuracy, cycle times, exception handling, and financial reconciliation.
  • Support operational use cases such as voucher handling, renewals, pricing changes, and adjustments, ensuring these are productized where possible and scalable over time.
  • Contribute to broader billing initiatives (e.g., Unified Billing programs) as a BRIM domain owner when they intersect with roadmap or platform evolution.
  • Evaluate and incorporate new SAP capabilities (e.g., automation, tooling improvements) into the product roadmap where they deliver material value

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with deep ownership of enterprise platforms or ERP-adjacent systems.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BRIM / SAP Order-to-Cash domains, including subscription or PPV usage-based models
  • Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial compliance concepts.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Engineering teams.
  • Experience delivering complex, global-scale system integrations.
  • Mandatory experience in SAP BRIM/FICA/FI. Ideal candidates will have a strong SAP functional consulting background in SAP Finance modules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with SAP BRIM configuration and integration
  • Background in subscription, DTC, media, telecom, or other recurring-revenue businesses.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and enterprise product operating models

What Success Looks Like

  • Accurate, scalable, and compliant billing and revenue flows across all supported markets.
  • Clear BRIM roadmap aligned with finance, commerce, and growth priorities.
  • Reduced operational risk and improved visibility into billing and revenue data.
  • Strong trust and partnership with Finance and Engineering stakeholders.
