Your New Role
As a Promotion Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of in-app promotions on HBO Max across the APAC region. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive key performance indicators aimed at increasing content awareness, boosting engagement, and improving retention. You will play a vital role in ensuring the success of promotions by aligning with both local and global priorities, while assisting in campaign management and reporting.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the in-stream promotion strategy on HBO Max, focusing on key content categories, including HBO, MAX, theatrical releases, and brand campaigns, across both Ad Free and Ad Lite tiers.
- Work closely with the Promo Operations team to order and align on timings and deliveries for promotional assets.
- Support the alignment of local market requirements with global promotional objectives, ensuring consistency and cohesion across campaigns.
- Work closely with the Data Analytics & Insights team to track and analyze engagement and retention metrics, helping to drive campaign success within the HBO Max platform.
- Support in maintaining and updating the campaign planning database and dashboard, communicating key insights and performance reports to the broader marketing team on a regular basis.
- Monitor and analyze trends from campaigns, offering suggestions to enhance future promotional efforts.

Skills and Experience
- Experience in media, TV networks, streaming, or similar industries is highly desirable.
- Promotional Expertise: Demonstrated experience supporting the planning and execution of promotions, ideally within media, entertainment, or streaming sectors.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with a range of stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform promotional strategies and optimize performance.
- Passion for Entertainment: A genuine interest in television and entertainment, with a focus on contributing to innovative promotional strategies.
Please note that the employment for this position will be payrolled through an external agency vendor. Successful candidates will be employed by our appointed agency and assigned to work with us.
