Overview
The Programmatic Partnership Manager will play a key role in managing and growing relationships across the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, platforms, and other third-party partners. This role serves as a day-to-day point of contact for partner accounts, acts as a subject matter expert internally and externally, and works cross-functionally to support revenue growth, deal execution, and operational excellence across programmatic channels.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for programmatic partner accounts across DSPs, SSPs, platforms, and resellers
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships, acting as a trusted subject matter expert between external partners and internal teams
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development planning for partner accounts, identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue

• Analyze and report on partner performance and revenue across deal types, and marketplaces to identify trends, optimize strategy, and drive growth
• Manage always-on deal requests and ongoing deal maintenance, ensuring all partners have the cleanest supply paths in evolving ad tech stack
• Act as a liaison between partnerships and internal stakeholders, including Yield, Sales, Technology, and Operations teams
• Support Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to align on deal terms, approvals, and execution
• Maintain deal trackers, databases, and a centralized deal library.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the latest pricing, product updates, and sales materials for WBD's programmatic offerings are maintained communicated broadly
• Stay current on industry trends, evolving technologies, and changes within the programmatic marketplace to inform partner strategy and internal decision-making
Qualifications
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience within the programmatic advertising ecosystem (publisher, DSP, SSP, or agency)
• Strong working knowledge of programmatic technology layers, including DSPs, SSPs, and marketplace dynamics
• Experience working in analytical tools such as Excel and programmatic platforms such as Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Magnite, etc.
• Hands-on experience managing both video and display advertising
• Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends across partners, deal types, and performance metrics
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with experience working cross-functionally
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environment

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $78,274.00 - $145,366.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
