El rol de Production Coordinator brindará soporte en la gestión y ejecución de proyectos de Servicios Creativos para TNT Sports, HBO Max y sus plataformas asociadas, colaborando en el desarrollo y producción de contenidos y piezas audiovisuales alineadas a los objetivos del negocio. El rol está enfocado en la implementación operativa de proyectos, trabajando en conjunto con perfiles más senior, equipos internos y proveedores externos. Podrá participar eventualmente en producciones en campo, según las necesidades del área.

Responsabilidades de tu puesto
- Dar soporte en la ejecución integral de proyectos creativos, colaborando en las distintas etapas del proceso (brief, producción y entrega final) para asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos y calidad.
- Asistir en la producción y coordinación de contenidos audiovisuales multiplataforma, incluyendo piezas para on-air, streaming, digital y redes sociales, garantizando la correcta implementación de los lineamientos definidos
- Colaborar en la gestión de materiales audiovisuales y procesos operativos, verificando formatos, organización de insumos y seguimiento de flujos de producción y postproducción.
- Apoyar la coordinación con equipos internos y proveedores externos, realizando seguimiento de tareas, fechas de entrega y necesidades operativas en conjunto con perfiles senior.
- Participar eventualmente en producciones en campo, brindando soporte operativo cuando el proyecto lo requiera.
Cualificaciones y experiencia
- Formación en Publicidad, Comunicación Audiovisual, Producción o carreras afines.
- Experiencia inicial (1-3 años) en roles similares o en entornos de producción audiovisual, medios, agencias o productoras.
- Conocimientos básicos de los procesos de producción audiovisual (preproducción, producción y postproducción)
- Capacidad para organizar tareas, realizar seguimiento de proyectos y cumplir con deadlines.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Interés por el ecosistema de medios, contenidos y plataformas digitales.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio deseable.
Deseable
- Experiencia previa en producción o participación en rodajes (no excluyente).
- Conocimiento básico de tendencias digitales, social media y formatos emergentes de contenido
- Interés o afinidad con el mundo del deporte y contenidos deportivos.
