RESPONSABILIDADES DE TU ROL:
Apoyar y dar soporte administrativo en el área de RRHH.
Podrá apoyar y aprender en laborales de gestión de prevención de riesgos.
Además, dar apoyo en la elaboración de procedimientos e instructivos, alineados con la normativa vigente.
Análisis de indicadores RRHH, contribuyendo a la generación de reportes y propuestas de mejora.
Monitoreo y registro de capacitaciones.
Colaborar en iniciativas y campañas internas de Inclusión.
Apoyo en coordinación internas con las áreas de negocio.
Otras tareas asociadas a la operación de RRHH.
CUALIFICACIONES y EXPERIENCIA
Egresado de la Carrera de Ingeniería en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas Prevención de Riesgos, Psicología, u otras a fin.
Ganas de aprender del área de Personas y Cultura.
Contar con Seguro Escolar contra Accidentes.
Habilidades de comunicación y coordinación.
Habilidades para trabajar en equipo y comunicar hallazgos.
Deseable conocimiento básico en normativa de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
