The Job
You will be part of the Max EMEA Streaming Brand and Content team, and you will work as a shared resource between the Brand & Content and the Social Media teams.
In the Brand & Content team you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Brand & Content team with administration (finances and generic team tasks), creating presentations, support in campaign development and participate in monthly multi-title video asset creation.
In the Social Media team your role would entail supporting the EMEA Organic Social Media team with publishing & scheduling posts in multiple markets, tagging posts in the designated social media management tools and creative ideation and briefing of posts tapping into actual social trends on key brand channels (Instagram, TikTok).
As part of the Brand & Content team, your areas of responsibility include:
- Administrative support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings, take meeting notes, follow up action points with the teams;
- Help to organize internal documents and materials;
- Create & track POs in the financial system, onboard new vendors, follow up payments
- Creating Presentations:
- Assist in creation of Creative Development presentations and Marketing Campaign decks.
- Follow up cross-functional teams to add to the decks; make sure the overall presentation style is coordinated
- Deadline management and follow up: track project timelines and follow up deadlines with markets and teams
- Assist in creative asset development:
- Create timeline and follow up deadlines
- Help to coordinate material sourcing and internal feedback
As part of the Organic Social Media team, your areas of responsibility include:
- Supporting publishing & scheduling posts in multiple markets on our Max brand handles
- Tagging published posts in the social media management tool (Sprout) with a certain taxonomy
- Creating and briefing social media ideas tying to Max titles and actual trends for key channels (Instagram, TikTok)
Requirements
- Ongoing Marketing/Media/Business studies in university (experience in brand marketing and/or social media is a plus)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and great communication skills
- Outstanding Power Point skills
- Flexible mindset, ready to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Interest in the streaming industry, entertainment brands, content marketing
- A genuine, enthusiastic, and passionate fan of pop culture and new trends with familiarity and excitement for our content and product
- Interest in brand building, campaign management, social media strategies
- Strong affinity for creative ideation
- Available to work from the office at least one day per week to facilitate in-person local team collaborations
Preferable: experience in working in International Environment (previous internship or studies)
