Your New Role...
Are you enthusiastic about the magic of the movies and possess a knack for marketing strategy and creativity? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our collaborative team, as we expand our ventures in developing and coordinating groundbreaking marketing plans. In this inspiring role, you'll be integral in executing media campaigns, promotions, publicity, and influencer activities, along with localizing creative materials for diverse campaigns.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Theatrical Distribution & Marketing, the other Marketing Specialist, and regional teams to strategize and define marketing approaches for each film release.
- Interface with regional Marketing teams to set up fully integrated marketing plans targeting defined audiences, complete with strategic communication, content strategies, media plans, and promotional marketing strategies, all within designated budgets.
- Regularly consult and update both the regional and local distribution teams on the progression of marketing campaigns.
- Development and execution of influencer activations, trade marketing activities, and local events.
- Manage and be responsible for AdPub budgets, develop strategies for owned digital channels specifically for the local market, and oversee community management in German and French.
- Adapt and implement creative materials suitable for the Swiss language regions and orchestrate film-specific public relations and influencer marketing activities, including press screenings and junket nominations.
- Supervise and manage external agencies and freelance staff.
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, with a track record of accomplishments preferably within theatrical film marketing.
- Comprehensive understanding of all marketing aspects and proven ability to devise and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong team player capabilities with the skills to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a knack for managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in German, English, and French are essential.
