Your New Role...
To assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for all areas of Warner Bros. Studio Tour London. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing and PR Intern will be responsible for assisting the Brand and Digital marketing teams with general administration, ensuring the smooth running of the department, and supporting the PR team with ad hoc requests. Providing marketing support, where required, across Global Experiences.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Evaluate competitor websites and news to compile insights into a monthly report and share with the wider Studio Tour team
- Support with social community management and escalating customer service queries
- Provide support to PR team including managing media requests, assistance during busy campaigns / periods, compile press packs / event materials and general administration
- Assist with the organisation of press visits and help handle ticket requests for VIPs
- Source merchandise for prizing and gifts, following internal processes to order stock
- Ensure general administrative work is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide high levels of customer service and relationship management to other departments and our key partners, delivering beyond service expectations
- Assist with collating information and data to produce performance reports
- External website audits to assess brand inclusions and suggest updates
- Undertake research projects to source information to support the introduction of new concepts, ideas or platforms to marketing plans and create a presentation to share findings
- Assist with organisation of any marketing events (internal and external, consumer and trade) ensuring all personnel and promotional material are delivered on time
Qualifications & Experience...
- You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
- Photoshop/microsoft office experience is advantageous
- Ability to work with own schedule and meet tight deadlines
- Calm and friendly approach
- Confident and approachable personality
- Proactive, resourceful and self-motivated
- Creative and innovative thinker
The Internship...
- Salary: £27,000 p/a
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Start Date: 6th July 2026
- You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
