Your New Role..

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Title specific media measurement & insights projects
  • Incorporate KPIs & apply advanced measurement and testing initiatives for individual media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-divisional analytics teams on title specific projects, including media test designs, consumer profiling, etc.
  • Create user-friendly visualizations & dashboards of data to communicate real-time performance
  • Monitor performance of campaigns & initiatives, surfacing up trends and actionable insights to help optimize efforts
  • Support Exec. Directors by functioning as the lead analyst custom analytics projects including end of year recaps, franchise projects, etc.
  • Provide ad hoc reports summarizing media activity and results

• Data collection & visualizations
  • Review raw data files from campaigns and collaborate with internal team to ensure visualizations accurately reflect the data
  • Own/manage the dashboard process
• Creating benchmarks based on historical performance and industry benchmarks

Qualifications & Experience...

Work Experience

• +3 years of experience working in media analytics or consumer insights, with entertainment background preferred

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

• Bachelor's Degree required

Knowledge/Skills

• Clear understanding of how to tell a data driven story based on large volume of data
• Knowledge of analytical/statistics programs, with interest in learning new skillsets (Tableau, Sprinklr, Airtable, etc.)
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while flexible to evolving responsibilities as entertainment landscape continues to change.

• Must have the ability to communicate effectively
• Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must be a "self-starter" as well as work in a group project environment
• Excellent attention to detail and desire to learn new technologies and trends a must

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $54,047.00 - $100,372.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
