Your new role:
The Manager, Digital Product leads the performance, growth and monetization of TNT Sports' digital products in Brazil, managing digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and X.
Key responsibilities include leveraging data and analytics to drive audience engagement, boost revenue, and strengthen partnerships. Additionally, this role will work closely with content and sales teams, offering strategic insights and actionable data from each platform to guide business decisions.

The role also leads and develops one Analyst, raising the team's bar for quality, proactivity and efficiency - including the use of AI and automation.
Your role accountabilities:
- Define KPIs and targets per platform and per product/program
- Build and maintain reliable, automated dashboards and daily performance visibility for the newsroom and leadership
- Lead a structured testing agenda with clear hypotheses, goals and learnings.
- Run weekly performance reviews with the content team, turning data into concrete actions; promote the use of AI to gain efficiency.
- Follow digital, platform and audience trends in sports and entertainment, translating them into insights and new opportunities for TNT Sports' products and content.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of TNT Sports' digital presence (profiles, featured content, publishing timing)
- Be the main point of contact with platforms such as Google/YouTube, Meta and TikTok in Brazil
- Provide ad sales with data on high-performing content and digital packages for advertisers and sponsors
- Support the acquisitions team with business cases and BPs for digital rights.
- Build institutional presentations and measure cross-promotion results.
- Partner with ad sales and content teams to grow digital revenue.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any related area
- Advanced English
- Solid experience in digital/social media
- Solid knowledge of football and the Brazilian sports media marketStrong storytelling and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
Other nice to have:
- Practical use of AI tools
- Intermediate spanish
