Your New Role...
The Corporate Relations Team manages global client relations on behalf of Warner Bros. The team oversees VIP client hospitality programs, corporate meetings and offsites, special events, global branded merchandise, and global employee events.

The Manager, Branded Merchandise is a key member of the Corporate Relations team and is responsible for overseeing the operations of the global branded merchandise program. This role develops branded product solutions for business units across Warner Bros., ensuring alignment with brand standards and organizational objectives.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Global Branded Merchandise Program Management
- Lead the global B2B branded merchandise program, developing best in class products that support Warner Bros.'s portfolio of entertainment and sports brands.
- Execute merchandise orders by ideating concepts, sourcing items, securing pricing, and selecting products through preferred vendors.
- Manage order placement, fulfillment tracking, troubleshooting, and delivery to internal clients and key stakeholders.
Project Management
- Maintain detailed project tracking documents to ensure visibility and execution of all merchandise initiatives.
- Manage creative development workflows, including writing creative briefs, scheduling, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Lead multiple weekly internal and external status meetings to review project progress, updates, and production details.
Inventory & Logistics Oversight
- Oversee complicated shipments of products around the world, ensuring all logistical details are reviewed carefully and process is maintained to ensure delivery and accuracy
- Maintain inventory across multiple warehouses and onsite merchandise closets.
- Monitor product levels, analyze reorder trends, and recommend replenishment in coordination with the Senior Director.
- Ensure accurate organization, stocking, and documentation of all goods.
Client & Vendor Coordination
- Prepare and present merchandise options to internal clients, offering a range of solutions across multiple price points.
- Serve as a daily point of contact for external vendors and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Budget & Financial Management
- Process and approve invoices while ensuring correct authorization and budget coding.
- Maintain the merchandise budget tracking sheet; submit invoices and internal chargebacks as needed.
- Support annual budget planning, monitor monthly spending, and track program performance.
- Online Store Management
- Oversee the Global WB Employee Merchandise Store and WB B2B Storefront.
- Track store engagement, plan product refreshes, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user inquiries.
Qualifications & Experience...
- 7+ years of experience in a management role.
- Experience with promotional products or branded merchandise strongly preferred.
- Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt within a fast paced, evolving environment while driving tasks to completion.
- Strong ability to manage timelines and deliver under tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Confident decision making skills with the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven setting.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Self motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to perform additional related duties as assigned.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $77,000.00 - $143,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
