Your new role

Responsible for leading project development and overseeing the entire production cycle, including post-production, for unscripted projects. Serves as the primary point of contact between the company and partners' production companies, project-related talent, and other internal departments.

Management is rigorous and agile, handling multiple projects simultaneously at different stages. Timelines may vary according to each project's requirements and quarterly demands.

Your role accountabilities:

  • Responsible for narrative structure design, look & feel, and production planning. Works closely with the Project Management team on structure analysis, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Close coordination with partner production companies.
  • Oversee the entire production phase alongside the team from the responsible production company, also acting directly on set, while ensuring that all development stage formatting is successfully completed.
  • Evaluation of content edits prior to final cuts - at least four rounds before mastering.

    Review of graphic package and approvals with responsible internal teams.
  • Contribution to approvals of press releases and promotional materials.
  • Review of captured and pre-selected materials for joint analysis while filming is still in progress and post-production has begun, ensuring necessary adjustments.


Qualification & Experiencie:
  • Bachelor's degree in correlated area;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Solid experience in content, including reality formats and/or documentaries across production, development, and screenwriting;
  • Previous experience in a Manager role;
  • Proficiency in Office package (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Google Suite (particularly Google Drive and Slides), and Adobe Premiere and Photoshop knowledge is required.


Other nice to have:
  • Previous experience in international or multicultural projects.
  • A keen interest or involvement in pop culture trends and references
