Zakres obowiązków...

• transport pojazdów pomiędzy biurem, użytkownikami a serwisami oraz stacjami kontroli pojazdów
• zgłaszanie usterek technicznych oraz koordynacja przekazania pojazdu do serwisu
• wsparcie użytkowników floty w przekazywaniu i odbiorze samochodów służbowych
• wsparcie działu floty w bieżących zadaniach operacyjnych związanych z obsługą samochodów służbowych
• transport pracowników oraz gości firmy zgodnie z bieżącymi potrzebami organizacji
• odbiór i dostarczanie przesyłek oraz korespondencji służbowej
• dbanie o prawidłowy stan techniczny, czystość oraz wyposażenie pojazdów
• wykonywanie obowiązków zgodnie z zasadami BHP oraz przepisami ruchu drogowego

• bardzo dobra znajomość topografii Warszawy i okolic
• doświadczenie w prowadzeniu pojazdów oraz dobra praktyka jazdy w ruchu miejskim

Your Role Accountabilities...

• transport of vehicles between the office, users, service centers, and vehicle inspection stations
• reporting technical faults and coordinating the handover of vehicles to service
• assisting fleet users in the handover and pickup of company cars
• supporting the fleet department in ongoing operational tasks related to the maintenance of company cars
• transporting employees and company guests according to the current organizational needs
• receiving and delivering shipments and official correspondence
• ensuring the proper technical condition, cleanliness, and equipment of vehicles
• performing duties in accordance with occupational safety and health regulations and traffic laws

Qualifications & Experience...

• valid category B driving license (category C welcome)
• very good knowledge of the topography of Warsaw and its surroundings
• experience in driving vehicles and good practice in urban traffic
• responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
• high personal culture and professional approach to work
• good time management and independence in action
• ability to work in a team
• availability and readiness for business trips
• care for entrusted property and vehicle safety
