Your New Role...The Inventory Operations Associate supports the daily execution of inventory, back of house and personalization operations within the store. This role is responsible for product intake from warehouse trucks, stock room organization, stock movement, replenishment to the sales floor and the accurate execution of personalized product orders. The position plays a key role in ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy and high-quality personalized guest experience.Working as part of the inventory operations team, the role requires a reliable and detail focused team member who can balance operational tasks with accurate personalization work. This includes handling merchandise carefully, following detailed processes and maintaining high standards across all operations.Your Key Responsibilities...• Follow guidance and direction from the Manager, Assistant Manager and Leads, maintaining a professional, clean and efficient workspace at all times. • Work effectively and productively with other associates to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.• Maintain clean, organised and safe back of house and personalization work areas.• Follow all safety guidelines when handling stock, equipment and fixtures.• Use tools and equipment correctly and report maintenance needs promptly.• Participate in training sessions and apply knowledge of brand and product information to daily tasks.• Foster a positive and respectful work environment.Back of House Operations• Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate counts against a provided manifest and correct and safe handling of merchandise.• Support the organisation and unboxing of merchandise in the back of house stockroom, following zone and storage standards provided.• Move, store and prepare product safely and efficiently in line with operational procedures.• Assist with cycle counts as directed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Replenishment Operations• Replenish product to the sales floor to maintain availability and stock density throughout your shift.• Take responsibility for store presentation, ensuring sections are well stocked and organized at the beginning, throughout and close of the day. • Support floor sets during new product launches, following guidance of the Visual Merchandisers. • Respond to any customer queries while on the shop floor. • Ensure replenished product is presented neatly and aligned with visual and operational standards.• Take action on displays with out of stock products, increasing density of other items or relaying small areas in line with visual merchandising guidelines. • Respond to stock requests from store leadership and sales teams as needed throughout the day. Personalization Operations• Support the execution of personalized product orders in line with brand and quality standards.• Operate personalization equipment following training and documented procedures.• Handle personalized merchandise with care, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness and attention to detail.• Monitor personalization order volumes and communicate timelines, progress or issues to leadership.• Follow all safety and quality guidelines related to personalization equipment and processes.Financial Management • Contribute to achieving daily sales goals by actively engaging with customers and supporting sales initiatives, stock density and presentation. • Follows store and company priorities to achieve targeted results.• Focus on improving Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Price Transaction (APT) through direct interaction and customer service.• Participate in cycle counts, stock checks and inventory audits as scheduled.• Follow inventory processes to support accuracy and shrink reduction, reporting any discrepancies, low stock items, quantity variances and damages to leadership. Customer Service• Provide a positive and seamless experience for guests by delivering excellent service.• Support the ASMs and Leads in addressing and resolving guest issues to ensure satisfaction and adherence to service standards.• Prioritize customer engagement throughout the store.Qualifications and Competencies• Preferred experience in high volume retail setting of 1 year minimum, working in inventory roles. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes accurately.• Comfortable working in an active, hands on environment.• Able to perform the operational requirements of the role including stock handling, equipment use for product movement in alignment with safety guidelines and training. • Experience with or willingness to learn personalization equipment, systems and quality standards.• Basic computer skills and ability to utilize inventory management systems.• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.Work PatternMust have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $35,360 - $51,187.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
