Your New Role...
As an Intern of Merchandising Insights & Analytics, you will be joining the team responsible for championing a data-driven approach to editorial and merchandising activities in-app, providing insights and recommendations to leadership to influence decision making, and developing frameworks and benchmarks for assessing Merchandising performance. They're energized by uncovering insights, eager to take on new challenges, and willing to dive into the nitty-gritty - going the extra mile when needed to drive meaningful results. They take ownership of their work, follow through on commitments, and consistently show responsibility in how they deliver. They also bring a genuine passion for the entertainment industry and light up when talking about what's trending, why audiences connect with certain stories, and how great content finds its way to viewers. This position will play a key role in supporting relationships across teams and delivering high quality work in one of the highest priority business initiatives at Warner Bros Discovery.
