Your New Role...

Provides support to the EVP, Global Creative Strategy.

Your Role Responsibilities...

  • Tracks the creation and development of all applicable trailers, TV/digital spots, print, sizzle reels, marketing materials etc.
  • Works with all departments in securing materials for the development of all creative content.
  • Supports EVP and the creative team in liaising between filmmakers and their production/editorial staff and inter-department staff and vendors to acquire materials needed to produce campaigns.
  • Oversees billing on all projects, maintains budgetary systems/logs, produces budget reports, logs PO#'s, processes billing in ICampaign, confirms Goods Receipts, ABL Reports, and tracks all RPOs to ensure billing accuracy and adherence to budget.
  • Tracks expenses, matches work performed to work billed, and monitors vendors to prevent overcharging.
  • Keeps a running total of money spent; partners with the EVP to negotiate vendor deals and ensure projects remain within budget.
  • Researches all available information both within WB and online for our projects. Maintains records of all pertinent information such as: cast/crew contact list, shooting schedule, scripts, relevant agents and publicists; assigns dailies projects and PIX to the creative team and vendors; tracks all relevant publicity/news breaks.
  • Manages PIX system. Sets up vendors, adds users and ensures they know how to use the system, troubleshoots any issues, creates playlists, and manages content housed on PIX.
  • Manages an internal asset tracker - Logs and organizes incoming Print & A/V Materials within Shared Folders and Excel Docs to ensure all items are correctly housed and categorized.
  • Maintains the teams' internal materials calendar to ensure all deadlines are correct and with the correct specs.
  • Builds and secures campaign Print PDFs through watermarking and password protection for sharing with internal departments, filmmakers, and third-party partners.
  • Builds and secures A/V links through watermarking and password protection for sharing with internal departments, filmmakers, and third-party partners.
  • Assists with preparing and organizing creative materials for internal and Filmmaker meetings and presentations.
  • Handles EVP and creative team's expense reports; submits expenses and keeps track of everything submitted and paid.
  • Handles EVP and the creative team's scheduling of meetings and managing schedules.
  • Organizes all pertinent business travel.
  • Assists in coordinating with media on basic sponsorships and asset alignment.
  • Assists in distributing print materials for legal clearances and likeness approvals.
  • Assists in working with Creative Servicing, Legal and Music to confirm all print and AV assets are correct during the finishing process.

Qualifications & Experience...
  • 1-3 years' experience in creative advertising at either a studio or creative agency.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Must have knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures, basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, English usage and report and letter formats.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.
  • Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
  • Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively.
  • Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track budgets, billing, and vendor negotiations preferred.
  • Experience coordinating across media, servicing, and legal teams a plus.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $50,756.00 - $94,261.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
