The New Role...
The Director of Program Management oversees a variety of complex, cross-functional workstreams to ensure operational and executional success of the TNT Sports streaming product. This role is responsible for shaping programs that integrate multiple workstreams, vendors, and business areas, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while anticipating and addressing risks. This role should create clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, defining long-term solutions, and adapting strategy and execution plans as requirements evolve.
The director of program management should build strong cross-organizational partnerships and influences senior leaders to align roadmaps, priorities, and resources. They apply deep technical and business understanding to guide teams, balancing operational rigor with agility. They are a trusted communicator with executives, partners, and stakeholders, distilling complex technical and business issues into clear, actionable insights.

The candidate will also be expected to follow organizational policies and must be willing to work onsite at least three days per week.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Program & Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across multiple product, business and operational teams. Track progress, monitor risks, and manage dependencies, bottlenecks, and scope creep. Anticipate issues, provide escalation management, and make informed trade-offs to ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors. Facilitate cross-team communication, ensuring alignment on requirements, priorities, and timelines.
Process Improvement: Constantly evaluating and optimizing processes across teams to optimize performance. Advocate for change and demand a high standard across functions and processes.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular read-outs to leadership on overall program status and updates. Call out areas of concern.
Qualifications & Experience...
Experience: 7-10 years of program management experience in technology-focused roles, ideally in digital media, streaming, or live sports platforms.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite.
Execution Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects independently, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results efficiently.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing cross-functional meetings and producing clear documentation.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across teams and levels.
Passion for Sports & Media: Enthusiasm for sports and a desire to deliver exceptional fan experiences through technology.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $134,680.00 - $250,120.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
