Partner with analytics, product, and creative teams to implement journey logic, messaging triggers, and testing frameworks to optimize performance.

Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead cross-channel campaign planning and execution across email, push, in-app, SMS, and other owned touchpoints. Collaborate with studio, content, and marketing teams to align promotions and cross-promotional activations across divisions (e.g., HBO Max, WB Studios).

Audience Segmentation & Data Strategy: Partner with data and analytics teams to define segmentation models, propensity scoring, and lookalike targeting. Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all owned media programs and integrations.

Technical & Platform Leadership: Manage the technical roadmap with internal engineering and external vendors across CRM, CDP, and automation systems. Oversee integrations, data flows, identity resolution, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
