Your New Role...
Under the direction of the VP, Theatrical Marketing Latin America, this role leads the regional social, digital, and influencer strategy for all Warner Bros. Pictures theatrical releases across Latin America. The Director is responsible for developing and executing regional digital publicity strategies, managing the regional social media agency and influencer partners, and leveraging data and insights to optimize campaign performance. This role serves as the primary regional point of contact between local territories, Home Office digital teams, and external partners, ensuring strategic alignment, creative excellence, and consistent execution across all LATAM markets.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Oversee the regional social media and digital marketing strategy for Latin America, serving as the primary liaison for territories, Home Office teams, and regional agencies.
- Lead the regional digital agency relationship, including staffing and budget negotiations, contract coordination with Legal, ongoing performance oversight, and bi-weekly strategy and analytics calls.
- Partner with in-market teams to collect campaign feedback, develop local digital/social plans, support custom content creation, and ensure consistent alignment across territories.
- Direct regional influencer strategy and process, from nomination and vetting, to audience and affinity analysis, and contract compliance, activation execution, creator communication, and budget management.
- Manage influencer and social support for premieres, junkets, talent tours, experiential activations, and live red-carpet digital coverage across the region, traveling to territories as needed.
- Oversee all regional social media channels, content localization, digital extensions (AR filters, creative assets), posting calendars, campaign briefings, analytics, reporting and brand consistency across LATAM.
- Support global and regional media campaigns by overseeing creative delivery for paid social assets (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), and collaborating with EMEA/APAC to produce international marketing updates.
- Oversee Creative Content Day nominations, specialty shoot requests, BTS/featurette localization, and soundtrack/music content needs for LATAM
- Manage digital tools, systems, and vendors, including ZKIPSTER ticketing, Salesforce CRM extensions, social listening and monitoring partners, and regional website updates.
Qualifications and Experience...
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in digital marketing, publicity, inter-area supervision or international marketing roles, with at least 4-5 years managing regional or multi-market initiatives.
- Proven experience working with agencies, talent or influencers, and international markets required.
- Native-level fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) required.
- Working knowledge of Portuguese preferred.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools
- Deep knowledge of influencer marketing best practices and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with creative asset workflows and file types (Photoshop, After Effects, QuickTime).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Strategic, analytical thinker with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experienced in managing stakeholders across regions, functions, and seniority levels.
- Solid understanding of FTC guidelines, social media regulations, and legal requirements related to digital and influencer marketing.
- Track record of early technology adoption and openness to new tools and platforms.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $98,000.00 - $182,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
