Summary:
As a Data Partnerships Specialist on the Digital Ad Technology team, this individual will combine a knowledge of data analytics with a that of digital audience targeting to deliver top client service to support audience targeting of video and display ads. They will be working closely with multiple internal teams such as ad sales and marketing, research, identity, data engineering, advanced advertising, legal and privacy, as well as various external vendors to deliver audience solutions that build our client base and enhance our revenue. They will be responsible for client support, inventory creation, troubleshooting and optimization. They will combine superb communication strengths to work with internal clients, understand their business needs, translate those into technical requirements and build or manage products and processes that deliver the best results.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the ad sales, ops and marketing teams with the day-to-day through audience ingests, inventory creation, documentation, training and facilitating conversations.
- Utilize knowledge of Data Clean Room architecture to balance business and privacy needs and recommend complex solutions.
- Gather requirements to scope, design and advocate advanced solutions for improving, streamlining, troubleshooting and measuring audience-targeted performance, reach and fill.
- Effectively communicate solutions and provide documentation across functional groups.
- Work with external ad server and DMP vendors to understand how best to manage their products for the good of our business.
- Develop thorough knowledge of ad serving ecosystem, ad sales strategy, and the unique challenges for DAT confronting both the industry and WDB.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Data Analytics and Data Clean Room architecture, particularly Snowflake. Familiarity with DMPs such as LiveRamp a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage technology such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Databricks.
- Strong skills using SQL, Shell Scripting, REST APIs; Python a plus.
- Familiarity with Freewheel, Google Ad Manager, or BI tools such as Looker a plus.
- Great communication skills: ability to work with clients to convert business requirements into detailed technical requirements, coordinate design, draft training, process flow and operational documentation, implement reporting, testing and implementation of advertising solutions.
- Ability to provide cross functional support and clear communication for varied skillsets, from the sales customer all the way to the engineering teams.
- Demonstrated strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and product sense; ability to combine high-level vision with detailed execution.
- Bachelors in computer science, business, or equivalent experience.
