Your New Role
The Creative Designer is a part of the Nordic Marketing team and the Design Studio working with Key arts/visuals and Branding for the Nordic Linear and digital platforms.
Design work also includes hands on creation from idea to final delivery.
In the design team the designers are responsible for all internal and external use of Brands within the WBD portfolio follows design guidelines, rules and regulations.
The Creative Designer will work on Nordic projects across the markets.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Internal design work for both local and Nordic productions. This includes Brand assets, marketing assets and other WBD platforms design needs.
- Key Art Internal - designing and creating Key Art for local productions for all WBD channels including digital entertainment channels. Full creation from ideas to final deliverables.
- Key Art External - Working including briefing external agencies to execute and produce Key art or other promotional images.

- Still photo shoots - responsible for securing the KA and other still images are shot according to WBD creative standards. This also includes on set directing and a high knowledge of photography, lighting, and retouching.
- Off-Air Internal - designing and creating off air assets such as OOH(Print), Print, Display and other static assets for all WBD channels including digital entertainment channels. Full creation from ideas to final deliverables.
- Off-Air assets External - briefing agencies and giving feedback and approval for Off-Air assets (DOOH, OOH, Display, and social media) for local productions and for all WBD channels including digital entertainment channels.
- Ensuring all marketing assets are delivered according to channel brand guidelines and within rules and regulations.
- Ensuring all internal and external design work follows brand guidelines and within rules and regulations.
Skills and Experience Required
- 5 + years' experience in Graphic design work on a professional level.
- Professional competence of design tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects) and/or similar software's needed for design work
- Retouching
- Image composition.
- Motion design
- AI - comfortable working with generative image AI tools.
- Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills with ease dealing at a wide range of levels both internally and externally.
- Worked in an international/ matrix organization
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Comfortable with working with talent /hosts, production companies and agencies.
