Your New Role...
The Corporate Relations & Events team is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized professional to support merchandise operations, events, and hospitality experiences. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand presence, elevating workplace culture, and supporting premium guest and employee experiences.
This person will be a dynamic team player, and have strong skills in multitasking, with the ability to seamlessly balance merchandise needs, event support, and hospitality responsibilities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of branded merchandise, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate hospitality programs.
- Conduct research to identify innovative products, trends, and experiences that enhance brand presence and internal engagement.
- Manage inventory, storage logistics, and distribution of promotional materials and event assets.
- Coordinate event logistics including catering, materials, guest access, and on-site support for our hospitality suites.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, expense tracking, invoice processing, and documentation management.
- Assist with cross-functional communication, project tracking, and maintaining organized records to ensure efficient workflow and execution.
Qualifications & Experience...
- 1-2 years of project management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, merchandising or business preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in database applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) are needed. Familiarity with Photoshop/Adobe is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with a creative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively with internal and external clients and vendors.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,006.00 - $78,010.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
