Zakres obowiązków...
- Zarządzasz kategorią end-to-end: planujesz dystrybucję, promocję i rozwój formatów.
- Dbasz o customer journey - od pierwszego kontaktu użytkownika z marką, aż po konwersję, retencję i działania antychurn.
- Analizujesz wyniki (PV, VV, UU, subskrypcje, inventory, przychody) i wyciągasz z nich konkretne decyzje.
- Przekładasz dane i insighty na wymagania biznesowe dla produktu i rekomendacje dla redakcji.
- Współpracujesz z marketingiem, social/YouTube i dystrybucją nad strategią promocji kategorii.
- Wspierasz sprzedaż subskrypcji w działaniach pozyskaniowych, retencyjnych i antychurnowych.
- Pracujesz ze sprzedażą reklam nad jak najlepszym wykorzystaniem inventory.
- Uczestniczysz w testach i eksperymentach, szukając sposobów na ciągłą poprawę wyników.
- Redakcja - oni tworzą treści, ty pomagasz im dotrzeć do odpowiedniego odbiorcy i maksymalizować potencjał biznesowy.
- Badania i analityka - rozumienie użytkowników i ich potrzeb.
- Marketing / Social / YouTube - promocja contentu i pozyskiwanie odbiorców.
- Subskrypcje - wzrost konwersji i utrzymania abonentów.
- Sprzedaż reklam - rozwój przychodów i formatów komercyjnych.
- Product & Tech - wdrażanie rozwiązań wspierających kategorię.

- 3-7 lat doświadczenia w digital media, produktach cyfrowych, streaming, social lub data-driven roles,
- swobodna praca z danymi i KPI,
- umiejętność prowadzenia projektów end-to-end,
- komunikatywność, umiejętność współpracy i rozumienie roli redakcji,
- zainteresowania z zakresu biznesu, produktu, marketingu i kontentu,

Your New Role...
As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving the business performance of your content category within TVN24 Digital. This is a go-to-market role - you connect Editorial, Product, Marketing, Research, Subscription Sales and Advertising Sales to ensure that users receive the right content at the right moment in their journey.
You do not create content - that is the responsibility of the Editorial team.
Your job is to unlock its full value: distribute it effectively, promote it, analyse performance and maximise revenue across reach and subscription models.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Manage the category end-to-end: distribution planning, promotion and format development.
- Shape and execute the customer journey across all stages: awareness → engagement → conversion → retention → anti-churn.
- Analyse performance (PV, VV, UU, subscriptions, inventory, revenue) and turn data into decisions.
- Translate insights and analytics into business requirements and editorial recommendations.
- Work with Marketing, Social, YouTube and Distribution on category promotion strategies.
- Support Subscription Sales in acquisition, retention and anti-churn initiatives.
- Partner with Advertising Sales to optimise inventory and monetisation.
- Participate in tests and experiments to continuously improve category performance.
- Editorial - they create the content; you help it reach the right audiences and deliver business impact.
- Research & Analytics - understanding user needs and behaviours.
- Marketing / Social / YouTube - amplification and audience growth.
- Subscription Sales - conversion, retention and anti-churn.
- Advertising Sales - revenue optimisation and commercial formats.
- Product & Tech - shaping and delivering solutions supporting the category.
Qualifications & Experience...
- 3-7 years of experience in digital media, digital products, streaming, social or data-driven roles,
- comfortable working with KPIs and analytics,
- can lead initiatives end-to-end,
- communicates well and collaborates with many teams,
- understands how editorial, product and business work together,

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
